I am very satisfied with the quality, price, and efficiency of Move and Care throughout this stressful time in my move. The two men who came to pick up my belongings were very understanding, efficient, and careful with my things. They are clearly experienced with taking apart and packing furniture. They are great at communication of expectations and checked in with me throughout the process to ensure that they were collecting the correct items (as I live in a shared apartment currently). I will update this review when I receive my belongings on the back end of the move but so far I would 100% recommend Move and Care.

I was so pleased with this moving company. They were so professional and was knowledgeable with putting all my furniture together correctly. Definitely impressed! Would recommend using this moving company than others 100%. Don't use any other company till you try them!!!

More like ‘Move and WE DO NOT Care’… We moved from Boston to San Diego and after waiting two weeks, it was a stressful and aggravating surprise to find every single box and item broken and or covered in dust and grime or stained. Amongst things broken was a smashed electric plug for a Babyletto nursery chair, broken record player stand, two broken night stands, demolished coffee table, dirty and stained mattress, dirty and broken computer chair, and broken Montessori table and chair. Every box labeled ‘Fragile’ or ‘Extra Fragile’ arrived with a smashed in top. We found some broken items in the kitchen boxes they packed (wineglasses, cake stand, margarita glasses). And it’s been 3 weeks since our items were unloaded and we have had ZERO RESOLUTION after numerous calls and emails. We’ve spoken to several employees and Mikhail is apparently the only one that can help has been away and unable to be reached. Save yourself $4700 and choose another company. We would’ve been better off throwing our stuff down the stairs than paying for it to be moved across the country - pretty sure that’s what they did with our stuff before dropping it off! Also, the guys who unloaded scuffed up our newly painted walls in the apartment.

My move was bigger and more complicated than expected. I had more stuff than ever. This terrific team of movers (Gleb, Ilya & Damir) worked so hard and were so courteous and pleasant. This company is trustworthy. I recommend them and would use them again.

Moving and Care were amazing. They responded to my urgent request for moving our new double vanity sink up two flights of stairs in less than 10 hrs and were able to do the job next day! They arrived on time and were super attentive to the care of my vanity. Even reported damage I missed from the shipper. I highly recommend them and will definitely use them in the future for my next moving project.
