“My salesperson, D'artagnan, was just exceptionally patient with this technically challenged self, answered all my questions, helped me get the phone I wanted, assisted me with other tech issues later on too!!
My only gripe with the Waltham AT&T store is lack of covers and screen protectors for my phone. I think it's because other phones are more popular for most people.

Today I went in to purchase a new phone & the customer service at this location is EXCEPTIONAL. Katherine ( Katie ) was extremely personable professional & knowledgeable. Impressive 5 star service. I am so happy with the products I purchased by most of all with Katie's customer service ! So kind patient & answered all of my questions / concerns regarding Tmobil products & service. She spent time with me and also let me know about a new product being offered which I immediately purchased. New phone. New tablet and a life long customer of Tmobil who just wants to let you know how much I truly enjoyed shopping there. I needed to port my number from AT&T to T-Mobile, and Ledi very patiently helped me navigate the unfriendly AT&T system to get the necessary details. His knowledge of the services and devices is incredible. He spent almost 4 hours assisting us with the porting process, setting up new devices, and transferring data from the old phone to the new device. What would have been a very tiring experience was made pleasant thanks to Ledi's expertise and skill.”

“When I switched to Boost Mobile I purchased A Nokia C200, wonderful promotion and amazing phone. I ran into an isssue at work with a coworker accidently activating a lock screen on my device. I headed to the store and Ruby attempted to reset my device and informed me to leave my device that her coworker would be able to fix it for me. I came back the next day and the coworker she mentioned Heidy informed me that the Nokia C200 had an issue were it could not be factory resetted. I was disappointed to hear so I decided to purchase another Phone and went with the Samsung A03, she was able to restore my contacts via my email. She informed me she would contact Nokia due to the 1 year warranty the device brings. Within 2 1/2 weeks I recieved a brand new Nokia Device from the Nokia company that Heidy was able to get in touch with due to the warranty. So thankful for their help in this situation and now I have a back up phone if anything. Recommend comming here they try their best for the customers it is all about patience!!!!”
