I come here every time I have a phone issue. I’ve come here at least 3 times because of broken phones and every time I am greeted with a wonderful smile from Jenny. She is always friendly and patient and have gotten me through some tough times. I’ve literally had my phone broken out of state at least twice. And every time I drive back to only this store for customer service. Jenny 5 stars as always darling

Went to switch from T-mobile to Metro. Before I went I spent 2 1/2 with T-mobile trying to get a transfer service 6 digit code number. 2 visits to the store and 3 phone calls I had that. Customer service is awful. I went to metro and Stephanie was above and beyond helpful. Got me a fabulous unlimited rate, set my new service up in no time at all. So, I'm saving a bunch of money, have the same plan and still using T-mobile's towers. Thank you Stephanie!

I've been with metro for a few years now. I would say they are the cheapest when it comes to plans. They have great deals with the phones they have and a decent variety of phones to pick from. The only thing is when I visit this location here is there is always workers who aren't fully educated when comes to explaining there phone deals and plans. The workers always seen annoyed to even be working. So for that it's 3 stars. Other than that. If your looking for the cheapest and good deals. This Is the place to go.
