The guy working took my order, did not make the sandwich, instead proceeded to put 8 trays of bread into the proofer. After 9 minutes, I just left without a sandwich. He didn't care.”

Having never been measured for a suit before he made the process as simple and seamless as possible, explaining each aspect so that I fully understood the potential final product. It was a great experience that took no more than an hour and I couldn't wait to return a couple months later to see my new classic charcoal custom suit. “The place is nice, staff is attentive. I'm knocking off a star because the MIT paraphernalia designs are the same tired old designs from 30 years ago. The logos are monochromatic with no accents. While you may find a jewel here and there, most of the designs are not worth the amount they charge. Unfortunately, they seem to have a licensing monopoly or something.”

“Customer service nowadays can be a challenge. Both Cheryl and Misty at K&G Fashion Superstore restored my faith in good customer service again. Cheryl though busy took the time to both help me locate pants to suit in my size at another location while also giving me info on someone that may be in a position if at all possible to have pants shipped to store. Misty, Assistant Manager located stores that had pants, called to put pants on hold in addition to sending emails to the Reading and Somerville location. These 2 women gave me a reason to shop in this store again and to tell as many people as I know about the Dedham location!!!”
“Have brought men's clothing here a few times over the past several years. Their payouts are very low but if you don't mind that then the place is not bad. Today they offered me $22 for 5 pairs of jeans, so $4.40 per pair. The sign that they made me read said that they are currently accepting all categories of clothes for men but only certain categories for women. You might want to call first to see which categories of women's clothes they are accepting.”
