20 Hope Ave Ste 311, Waltham“This location is easily accessible from either 95 or Boston Post Road/Route 20. The building they are located in has a designated free parking lot, handicapped accessible parking, automated doors, elevators, and stairs so there are no impediments. The building is next to Children's Hospital and the office is located on the third floor and has a small waiting room. **It is required to have an appointment, even if you are only dropping off samples for testing.** If you are a walk-in, there is no guarantee you will be seen. The sign on the exterior of their door states the same.
Appointments can be made on their website. If you create an account with them, you can view lab results, make payments, and confirm electronic referrals from providers. To check in at their office, there is an automated kiosk where you will scan your appointment QR code, form of ID, and insurance card. The process is smooth and efficient and you can indicate if you are waiting in the office or will be somewhere else.
The technicians are friendly and confirm all information before drawing samples. In the past, they have taken a payment authorization but this has not happened on recent visits. The authorization was not explained clearly and when I received a bill, I needed to verify the funds were never deducted from my account. At least now, there is only the bill depending if a test is not covered by insurance and easily paid through one's account. I appreciate their help with my healthcare needs since they make it a painless experience.”
“The people are very nice and helpful. However the way they communicate with patients meaning the means only by phone is a little difficult. I wish they would allow for messages through the app.”
