They put tags on things that are on clearance and then when you go to pay for it they're trying to tell you it's worth more money than what it says on the clearance price the lady with the short hair and the red sweater on 4-18-24

It’s new, immaculate and in a nice new plaza with lots of parking. I’d give it 5 stars but it’s not attached to the Homegoods directly next door. As a standalone Marshall’s, it’s pretty good.

If I could give zero stars I would. Went to make a return yesterday and was refused but it was Christmas clothing. The cashier at the front was afraid to let me know that they are not accepting returns for Christmas. When I asked why he immediately got the manager a Muslim women and when she came up she was very rude stating it was policy. I asked her since when and where does it state this and she couldn’t give me an answer. After calling corporate right in front of her and her speaking with them she still refused my return. I had the receipt and all tags. She told me to take the return to another store. With corporate still on the phone the representative told me she didn’t know why the manager was making up her own policies and that this was not a policy made by TJ x/Marshalls company. I had to drive all the way to another location to make my return. The managers name was Nevin. Very rude and miserable lady.

Tonight Justina the manager on duty, she bought drinks for all of her employees to make sure everybody was hydrated. She is the best manager I could ever ask for. Thank you Justina for being so nice to all of us, and caring for all of your employees. We love you so much Justina !!❤️

Who else here got tricked by Marshalls with the Credit Card? Why the Manager is so obsess about the clients opening a credit card account? I sent an email to my friends at Corporate without any answers yet. This location is the only one pushing so hard the credit card, they actually punish the employees if they don’t open accounts forcing the clients to apply 2 or more times even when you have the credit card already. The Muslim (supervisor I think she is) told me to open a second card even when I told her I have one, the cashier told me they can get fired if the client don’t open the accounts. What is the deal with this? Living 2 blocks away from the plaza my family decided not to go back to this store. I also file a formal complaint to the attorney general. This is a Credit Card business not a retail store. The worst part is, I run every night with my dog through the plaza and one day a cashier was crying at the parking lot because she got yelled by the manager because she wasn’t pushing the Credit Card enough, she was in a really nice car and looks like she wasn’t there because of the money, why? I never saw her car again in the parking lot, probably she is not working there anymore. Horrible place, nice merchandise horrible and poor management.
