“Avoid the older blonde woman like the plague unless you want your blood to boil. Seems to get pleasure out of not listening to a word you say, offers options you clearly don't need, then continues to screw up your shipment, no matter how simple it is. I refuse to go to her station anymore. I f anyone else is working, I will wait even if I am next up. If she is the only one working, I turn around and leave. Not worth the hassle and frustration. EDIT: EVERYONE else is great.”
“Forget any bad experience you’ve had at other UPS Stores, this location is a gem! I can’t say enough good things about this Newton branch. The staff are very friendly and helpful, plus they have an awesome self-scanning system that allows for Amazon returns, plus self-printing UPS labels for Zappos, Nike and any other company that sends pre-paid labels. I’m always in and out within minutes and see other customers with more complicated shipping needs being helped with ease. UPS Stores are franchises, so it’s like supporting a local business.”

“I am beyond impressed with the UPS Store in Woburn, especially with Jason, who is truly exceptional. Jason is an incredibly knowledgeable and professional authorized notary—every document he has notarized for me has been accepted without any issues, which has been a huge relief. I know this because I’ve had documents notarized elsewhere that were rejected (apostille and other real estate related documents from California) but since I started going to Jason, I’ve never had a single problem. He is meticulous, efficient, and really knows his stuff. On top of that, Jason, along with the rest of the team, provides such efficient and friendly service. Whether I’m shipping packages, or getting documents notarized, they always ensure everything is done right and fast. The store is well-organized and clean. I can’t recommend this location enough! Jason and the Woburn UPS Store team, hands down, are the best I have seen in the business - not amongst UPS stores but also all logistics businesses I have been to.”

“Becky at this Woburn store was so helpful. I had a box of Verizon equipment to return following their instructions to just "bring to any UPS store". Becky helped me understand the additional information needed and I was able to easily find it on another piece of paper in the box (hint: the "MA" number). With that number she took care of it all. Done. Easy.
Why is this so special? Because three days earlier, I took same box to UPS in Arlington Heights. They made me leave. "what were they supposed to do?". Told me to call Verizon. They were supposed to be like Becky in Woburn.”

“Excellent staff and very quick service. My relatives always complain about the pain of shipping items and returning items so I used to avoid both as much as possible. Then I came into this ups for a return earlier this year and I was blown away by how friendly and quick it was. In town FedEx is 20 mins at counter apparently, but this was in and out in under 3 mins for shipping past week. Glad for this option!!”

“I was there on Saturday and there was one worker and one customer,then me.The worker started helping me as he was able to he was running a fax. I had 4pieces of cable equipment. The worker was nice and helpful. He was able to help the other customer and myself. Very patient, very professional. Liked that the store opened at 9 instead of 10 on a Saturday. I needed to send 3 items to Australia a few weeks ago and Vincente was incredibly helpful and patient while we were trying to find a way to get it there without spending a small fortune. Vincente spent a considerable amount of time with me, looking at different options and suggesting ways to make it work. He was so friendly and helpful the whole time!! “I wonder if all the negative reviews are from people trying to keep folks from coming here because it's actually a really good UPS store.
I've had to return Amazon packages a few times, and never had an issue. Every time I walk in, show them the code, and walk out in less than 20 seconds.
As for shipping-shipping, last time I went in was over Christmas, and I had a lot of packages for various people, and the person running the shop was extremely helpful and efficient.”
