I had a small but complicated move that required packing and moving boxes to multiple locations. Lexel Moving did an amazing job. Gabriel and Alexis worked tirelessly the entire day and I’m extremely pleased with the service they provided. I would recommend Lexel Moving again for any size project.

Man what can I say to describe how great a job our movers did yesterday? They were so attentive to detail, but also managed to get everything packaged, loaded and unloaded seamlessly! They were extremely efficient, but also friendly and took the time to explain to me how the process would work. I highly recommend them! ?

We've used Lexel twice now and have had wonderful experiences both times. The pre-move experience is great -- Alex is super responsive and friendly -- and the day-of experience might be even better. The packers were phenomenal. Communication with them was easy and packing and loading the truck went very smoothly. On the other end of the move, the movers did a great job of getting everything where it needed to go and broke it to me gently that my beloved couch wouldn't make it up to the third floor.
The cost was extremely reasonable (~$12k for full packing and interstate move), but for the total experience, they absolutely could have charged me more and I'd have happily paid it. I highly recommend Lexel for moves of any size or distance.

David and his crew were fantastic! They worked so hard to get all our stuff from our old apartment to our new apartment. They took great care with our things and were so kind!

Lexel has moved me twice now. Quotes come within minutes of requesting them, and they're very responsive over email. The teams they send are efficient, careful, communicative, and friendly, and their wrapping (sofas, dressers, consoles, etc.) is absolutely meticulous—like, hospital-corners-level meticulous. Be sure to ask all pricing questions up front, as they do add fees for things like hoisting, wrapping, etc. (though, I imagine many movers do this). I was quoted something like $500-600 for my most recent move but ended up paying almost $900 after fees (including a $100 fee for hoisting). They do charge an additional service/convenience fee for paying with a credit card, but they also offer a small discount for paying in cash. I consider it money well spent for a relatively stress-free move.

Impressed by their customer service from the start! It was really convenient to have a quote over the phone just by letting them know the from/to location and what/how many items I needed to move. Other companies send out a representative to physically quote you. Their prices beat other moving companies I asked. On the day of the move, Nick and his guys showed up on time and worked so fast and efficient. They were careful with everything and made sure to extra protect anything fragile. Quote came is as expected unless you buy additional moving supplies from them. Great that they give a 5% discount for cash payment. Very friendly and professional throughout. Finished in less time than expected. Will certainly re-hire them for the next move. Don’t hesitate to hire them!

Just moved into my new place and Lexel was amazing. Carlos and Andreas were super professional, efficient, and careful with my things. Plus Lexel’s price was a lot lower than other companies around Boston. Couldn’t be happier with the service and would totally hire them again in a heartbeat! This was my first stress-free move where all I had to do was sit back and let them take care of it. Thanks Carlos and Andreas!

I've used LEXEL twice now and have been very impressed both times with their customer service, capability, friendliness, and efficiency. I needed to move out of JP and out to a rural area in North Central Mass and they did an amazing job packing and wrapping some fragile things for transport. The truck they had was massive and was perfect for what was needed for some large tools from my basement through a tiny half-door. They're a pleasure to work with and I recommend them to any of my friends who need Boston Movers.

Working with LEXEL Moving & Storage from start to finish made our move so easy. Not only were they professional, they were honest, hard working, and pleasure to be with throughout the day. Called Thursday about a move, was able to get an estimate in minutes. Called me back with in 5 minutes to let me know they could do the move the next day. Move was scheduled earlier than expected but I’m not complaining!!! The two guys who helped me move got Everything out of the second floor apartment and into the truck in one hour!!! Wrapped everything for me. Got to the house. They brought everything inside, set up my bed frame for me and were super respectful and professional. Would definitely recommend them!! Worth every dollar spent. Thank you so much!!!!

If I could rate higher, I would. Extremely professional, efficient, and nice guys moved my elderly parents. Estimate received was what we paid. I was given an eta, which was confirmed when they were en route. All went better than expected. Highly recommend!
