Outstanding and down to earth veterinary services. Took my kittens in for spaying and one had a tumor that was removed . Fortunately it was not cancerous. The entire staff was informative, helpful and practical. In addition I could reach the doc via email and text. My initial experience was fantastic !

I have been bringing my pets to this hospital for 10 years. I have always have a good experience. Their rates are comparable to other vet clinics and they always tell you how much anything will cost before they do it, until today. We brought our new 5 month old kitten for a well visit. We had had appointments with all the doctors at this practice. We see who ever is available. They are all great. Today we saw Dr M Allan - Motamed for the first time. She was great, the examination went well. During the examination we ask if they could do a nail trim, which they did. In the 10 years we've coming to this place, we have never been charge for a nail trim during a well visit. When I went to pay I saw a $30 charge for the nail trim. I told the person at the front desk why the charge. The person claim that is always been like that, when I know that is not the case. She said it depends on the doctor. Some doctors charge for the nail trim and some don't. So, if that is the case, shouldn't I had been notify that this doctor charges for the trim ahead of time? If there isn't always a charge? But of course she looked at me like if I was crazy, like if my claim was unfounded. The truth is I should had been told about the charge. If I would have known a head of time about the charge, I would've decided against it. But I was not given the chance. Kindness Animal Hospital, YOU ARE IN THE WRONG HERE. I have been a good customer and supporter of your practice for 10 years.

I have been taking my cats for several years. The vets are caring, careful and fully understand a "cat" parent. From when I first walked in with my cats, I was greeted from the beginning of the appointment to the end with people who really care about my cats.

The vets and most of the people working here are good and care about your pets, and value your business. Others, not so much. After bringing our dog here for twelve years and going through his death from cancer---all good care from Kindness, we got a new puppy a few months later. The breeder insisted on a vet checkup within a couple days of getting the pup. I called, thinking it would not be a problem for them to work us in on an as available basis within a few days since we had been such longtime customers and been in so often recently, but NO. We were told we would have to wait at LEAST three weeks and just couldn't be worked in. We had to find a new vet and did so.

We were here for our first vet appointment for our dog. This is a brilliant place. They did such an amazing job with my pet. The staff are kind and responsive. Dr. Rosenblatt is an absolute rockstar. She was so good with my dog and really knew what she was doing. I am so glad to have found this vet for our dog and will recommend them without any reservations.

Kindness animal hospital is wonderful! I just got my puppy spayed there and they have been responsive & even when I was worried they made time to check up on my puppy! Adorable and price transparent as well, I 100% recommend them, especially after going to other vets and not having the best experience.

I’ve been bringing the cats that my brother is fostering there because it’s close to his place, and decided to write this review. Although the veterinary is very responsive and efficient, the front desk staff are absolutely rude. I’ve been there many times and also on the phone they act almost like they are doing a favor for me. Just reminding you guys, this is not a favor. I’m paying a huge amount of money and you should be more kind with the customers.
