My girlfriend had an appointment on Wednesday May 1st at 6pm. She shows up 10 minutes before and no one was there!!! The shop was completely closed, lights off and doors locked!! She has a confirmation text and everything for her 6pm appontment for todays date. The website even says they close at 7pm, front door says they close at 8pm but yet no one was there at 5:50pm?!?!? She calls and the owner picks up and claims they don't have her in the books even though she has a confirmation text for the date and time she showed up for!
The owner then got in contact with the stylist who booked my girlfriend's appointment and the stylist claimed she forgot to put her in the my system. The stylist then claims her car broke down so she got an Uber but the Uber also broke down so she is on the side of the road waiting for another uber.....(probably a lie)...so the stylist then claimed she is on her way but due to her "transportation issue" it will take her 30min. Owner even confirmed they would keep the store open longer once stylist arrived due to the inconvenience. 2 hours later and no one shows up, no one calls my girlfriend to say they are no longer coming and they won't answer anymore calls from her and she called about 10 more times throught out the 2 hours she was waiting....
Completely ridiculous! This was an appointment to get her hair done for her graduation which was the day after!!!!! Completely ruined her big day! This appointment was made in April...A WHOLE MONTH IN ADVANCE...Unacceptable, completely unprofessional, would not recommend to anyone. For any boyfriends or husband's out there send your girlfriend or wive somewhere else unless you want her waiting for 2 hours by herself.....

The threading left a cut on my eyebrows and then the tinting went away after 1 shower. Cost me $60. I do not recommend.

I have been searching for a great hairdresser for 3 years and have tried everyone. Jessica is the first one that listened to what I wanted and performed her magic to perfection. She was a great person with a warm heart and I will be a client for life. Even though she was an hour away it was well worth it. I will be sending everyone I know to her. Thank you for the awesome experience. I couldn't be happier.

My college daughter got a curly to straight blow out somewhere else and hated it. Jessica was able to take her last minute and spent an hour fixing it. My daughter was thrilled. It's shiny straight and weightless. She has an important event tomorrow. Thanks Jessica!
