I loved this place! The room I booked had all of the daily necessities. We had bowls, utensils, soaps, towels etc.this place has a backyard with a fireplace, chairs, a small area to play mini golf(only 1 level though), a pool and a changing station with towels.
Rooms: The rooms are nice, with all the necessities you will need. Nice beds and view.
Nearby activities: There is a pool and a golf section.
Food & drinks: The breakfast is free however lunches and dinners aren’t free. They have scrambled eggs, waffles/pancakes, sausages, toast, hash brown, bacon and toast. They also have milk, apple/orange juice, water, coffee and tea.

It's a little private with lots of local restaurants and bars, in close distance

Convenient location. Easy highway access.
At the time of check-in, the front desk asks you if you want daily housekeeping for your room. I am guessing that it was just the sake of conversation.
Every morning, I ask for housekeeping for four days to forget changing the sheets they did not even vacuum the floor. Changed towels every other day.
I'm very disappointed. I don't recommend it at all.
Also asked them to fix the window in the room. You guest it no one showed up.
They definitely have to improve guest services .
I paid the top $$$ per night, which really doesn't worth what I paid.
The Internet is great, and breakfast is okay, parking is good

I just found it far from the city, but it is very organized. Everything brand new. The receptionist was very polite.

Had a great 4 night stay here with our family of 4. The hotel was clean, in a good locations, and full of friendly hardworking staff. If there was a hot tub in the Courtyard it would have been perfect. We made use of the BBq's on our last night as we were getting tired of eating out. Also - very nice to have a good sized kitchen when traveling with teenagers! I'd stay here again.
I like to run and got some good trail/hill work in just behind the hotel at Prospector Park.

Rooms: The rooms were cleaned and offered a kitchenette. Our room could have easily accommodate 4 people.
Safety: The hotel is located in an area away from residences which seems to provide the quietness of the place.

Room smelled like a zoo, would not come back.
Update: 7/19/24 woke up with a cockroach on my face. This hotel deserves 0 star. Please steer away

We came in from driving a 14 hour trip from Michigan. The room was clean and very nice. Unexpected charges for incidentals($100.00). They took it from my checking right away and when I asked when it would be returned if everything was okay they told me three weeks.

We stayed at the Hyatt House Boston/Waltham for one night, arriving very late at night. The suite was large and comfortable for our family of 4. The hotel desk clerk capably checked us in at 1am. Breakfast was a bit of a madhouse -- very crowded with a lot of food picked over. I wouldn't go out of my way to stay here, but if in the area, it's a comfortable, affordable property.

Pros:
- Conveniently located off of Highway
- 2 free EV charger, ok speed (30mile/hr on my Tesla)
Cons:
- Dirty floor in lobby and hallway. Dirty couch in room (I found chips crumbs…). Must improve cleaning
- Strange odor in the hallway
- Grills in the common area are super dirty…no idea how long the food residual has been there
- Breakfast is mediocre
I’m a big fan of Hyatt and choose to stay at Hyatt wherever I go to. This hotel does not live up to that standard. Please improve

Although the location is relatively remote, compared to the expensive prices of hotels in downtown Boston, I am very satisfied. The facilities of this hotel are very complete, including a gym, washing machine, swimming pool, and indoor kitchen. However, what I dislike most is smoking. The power of the range hood was too small, which caused the smoke alarm to be triggered while we were cooking, and the windows could not be opened for ventilation.

We only stayed here one night to spend the day at Minute Man National Park, but we were very pleased with our king suite. Lots of space to spread out, room was very clean, and all supplies were stocked and ready for us. The bathroom is very small, but the shower had great pressure which is so rare in hotels these days! I deducted one star because the air felt super musty. We woke up super stuffy, but once we stepped outside for awhile we felt a lot better. Not sure if the room needs to have filters replaced or maybe aired out. Laundry is a bit pricey at $3/load (we are use to paying $1.50 max at most hotels we stayed at) and only one washing machine was working when we were there, so there was a line of guests waiting to use it. Breakfast had typical hot and cold items, and was replenished regularly. All in all I would definitely stay here again if visiting the area. I’d probably just pack an air purifier next time.

The rooms were great and extremely clean all throughout. I was impressed. The best thing about them was the pillows and bed! So soft. However, we only stayed 1 night so when we arrived the AC was turned off. It was 80 degrees in the room and it took a long time, almost until the morning to get to a comfortable temperature. That would be my only complaint. I think it should be set to at least 75 when the rooms are not used, as it is 96 degrees outside. Breakfast & pool were great! Would definitely stay again.

Food & drinks: Breakfast buffet was very generous and had a lot of options to chose from including a custom omelette bar.
