I highly recommend using Hub Testing Lab for asbestos & other environmental testing needs. Hub Testing was recommended to me by a friend and they certainly exceeded my expectations. Lynne was amazing to work with and constantly available to answer all the questions I had before testing and throughout the entire process. I felt extremely safe and reassured in working with them as a new homeowner and really appreciated their attention to detail, safety and responsiveness to any concerns. I will work with them again in a heartbeat for any further testing needs.

BEWARE: They may give you an initial lowball quote, then the final bill ends up having surprise extras, adding up to nearly double the original estimate. If you must hire them, insist on getting a written contract that spells out what exactly they would charge you and for what, laid out line item by line item. Insist on them disclosing whether they charge for retests and in what amounts. Insist on them spelling out if they charge for mileage and how much. Insist on them spelling out in the contract what their test includes and excludes. Insist on getting a copy of the final inspection report from them.

Lynne from Hub Testing was a pleasure to work with. They were great about walking us through the process, timeline, cost, and our options. They were always friendly and happy to answer any questions. Safety was their priority and I'm glad we used them for asbestos testing. Would work with them again.

A home inspection on a house we wanted to purchase revealed that specialists were required for asbestos and mold testing. Faced with a tight deadline, Hub fit us in on short notice despite being short staffed due to a larger commercial job. They came out immediately to perform the inspection and was actually early for their appointment. She expedited the analysis allowing us to make the home inspection contingency deadline. Three generations of environmental compliance experience speaks for itself. Their professional approach should speak loudly to any remodel project if the health of your workers and the future "inhabitants" of your building is of paramount concern. Susan guarantees her work and takes her time to make sure the quality and efficacy of her testing and diagnosis are accurate. She explains what she's doing/testing in "laymen's" terms. Nothing but praise for these folks!
