The guy was super nice! I'm from out of town and woke up to my car having a flat tire. After being treated horribly by town fair I drove here. So glad I did! They took me right away I was in and out in about 25min. Highly recommend them very nice and honest people.

Today I passed by this place and the guy at the front desk told me that he had to charge me for tire rotation... He told me that the guarantees given by the employees who were fired for thieves are no longer valid... I thought I made the deal with Hogan Tire and not with a thieving employee... I asked for leave from work and asked a co-worker to pick me up, to drop off the car and they came up with this!!! Lost time. And I think by someone who hasn't done their homework. I would like a response from the owner about this...

Everything went great! I had a fantastic experience from my first call right through to their follow-up text. Hogan was recommended by a neighbor and did not disappoint. I appreciated the patient, friendly and accommodating service even as I showed up at the end of their day. Having four wheels with tires again is nice too:)

Woke up to a flat front tire just hours before I needed to attend an important meeting two hours away. I brought the car to Hogan Tire and Auto in Waltham and the staff could not have been more helpful. They repaired the tire in under 40 minutes and I was on my way to the meeting with time to kill. This place is a gem.

Overall I am happy with service performed. I have driven around 100 mines after service performed and no issue to report.
They were good at responding over phone , provide clear estimates and done work on time.
Price is also competitive with other service center.
It was good experience working with Hogan .

I had problems in my tires, I went many places, never get fixed, was told the sensors for 4 tires are not working, other said nothing wrong with your tires, other you need new tire, but my tire all the time is flat.I went to hogan they fixed my tire for Free because they just wanted to help me after the torture I had .
Very highly recommend Hogan, honest people.
