Family stayed here while visiting us and loved it. The staff is exceptionally friendly. The rooms are clean and spacious. Our family was extremely comfortable and really enjoyed their stay-- one family member has mobility issues, and the staff made sure to give us a room close to the elevator which was wonderful! We also loved that there are no artificial scents or diffusers. The air was clean, and it was easy to breathe. That is so hard to find these days, and it was VERY appreciated.

I cannot recommend this property enough. The evening and day staff were both helpful and attentive. My room was SPECTACULAR!! Very clean and tastefully decorated. The bed was extremely comfortable. Close to everything! An excellent value!! I will definitely stay here again if I am in that area!

I can’t say enough about this SPECTACULAR Hotel and it’s STAFF and MANAGERS.Very happy with all aspects of our stay. My daughter and I stay here number of times a year and we always look forward coming backThe rooms are very clean, spectacular and tastefully decorated.Beds are very comfortable.To top it off all of the day and the evening staff are very helpful and courteous. In particular, Naga, Lisa, Ann and my apologies to everyone else whose names I didn’t remember . I promise I will add more names in my next Review. But This all starts at the top though!!The managers, the supervisors, the sales manager and all.Particularly David, Alejandro, Bethany yes ALL of them.They all go Above and Beyond their duties to help as needed including Shuttle rides when available and make our stay very welcoming.We do feel like family when we stay there.Of course never forget the housekeeping staff who make sure the rooms are clean and comfortable and never lack of anything.Oh yes!! Never forget the Breakfast. Breakfast is GREAT and the area is very clean and always refilled with all goodies.Ver Close to restaurants and shopping and the Boston area and many Universities.Highly Recommended Hotel if not the Best!!Ana K?Will stay there soon in the week of Thanksgiving.????Rooms: Clean, Comfortable and tastefully decorated.Nearby activities: Close to Restaurants and BarsSafety: Very safe Hotel and area. The website states it is a $75 pet fee per stay. When you sign in at the front desk they make you fill out pet agreements and those state $75 PER PET. I showed the front desk person what the website states and they said “I’ll let my manager know.” False advertisement at its best. They also only have ONE washer for a 5 floor hotel. Which was out of order. I had to drive 6 miles to a laundromat. For $200 a night I expected better service and more honesty.Rooms: The room was a king suite. It was large, but smelled like feetNearby activities: It is located in an industrial business park area. You must drive for food or entertainment.Safety: The parking lot was large and well lit.Walkability: It is not within walking distance of anything.Noteworthy details: The website states $75 per stay for pet fees. The hotel charges $75 PER PET.

The room is spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable. The shower room is big and clean. Enough parking even though we arrived at the hotel around midnight. Breakfast was okay. Didn't interact much with their staff. Everything was as expected.

Clean, modern hotel in the heart of Waltham. Easy access from the highway. Rooms are large, quiet, and comfortable. Beds are comfortable with a good selection of pillows. Kudos for not using single-use toiletries. Great selection of food for breakfast.

The rooms are nice and clean and staff are very friendly. The biggest issue my husband and i had was with the TV and remote. Whenever we tried changing the channel, the TV would change to many different channels on it’s own and the volume button would keep going up and down without me touching it. This is not the first time this has happened. Every time we stay at this hotel, this happens and we’ve stayed here several times. My husband could NOT watch the game on Saturday because of that issue!

Hotel nicely decorated and well kept. Friendly staff and good breakfast. Room cleanliness not so much--it's unfortunate that I had to know the previous occupant of my room had long black hair. ;-(

I highly recommend this place everyone that works at it tries to go the extra mile for you. Their rooms are a nice and clean as well and they also have good breakfasts.

Very happy with all aspects of our stay. Staff was very friendly and always available. Rooms were clean and comfortable. The breakfast was amazing. Hot breakfast and different choices each day. Great variety. Complimentary coffee in the lobby was always available and fresh. Quick and easy location, easy to get to the highway to get into Boston. Love the decor of the hotel.Rooms: Rooms were clean and comfortable. Loved the decor and theme of the room.Nearby activities: Very close to lots of restaurants. Hotel gives you a list of recommended nearby restaurants. About 20 minutes to get to Boston and close to the highway so convenient.Food & drinks: Complimentary hot breakfast was amazing. Lots of choices. Breakfast area was very clean and staff was very nice.

Very nice hotel!The place feels clean, roomy, and well designed with 5 floors.This hotel isn't located in the tourist area.The lobby is wide with lots of seating places (sofas and sitting tables). Also, there is a small bar in the lobby. The pool and gym are on the ground floor close to the lobby of the hotel.The basics breakfast served for free till 10 a.m.Our room was clean and tidy. We asked for a baby bed and got it in the room immediately. Large bathroom with wide marble.The staff is kind and attentive.Free parking near the hotel.Near the hotel there are many restaurants and even a Costco store.

Stayed here recently while I was travelling in New England. It was getting dark and the weather was rainy, so I looked for the nearest hotel, which was this location. It was conveniently near Route 95 and easy to navigate to with GPS.Inside, I was immediately surprised by the lobby; it's modern, has comfortable furniture and even a bar that serves drinks. It felt more like entering a boutique hotel than a Hampton Inn. I went out to the lobby later in the evening and it was being well utilized by the guests. In other chain hotels, using the lobby can be awkward and feel exposed, but it was a very cozy and safe place to chill out.The price quoted me (Hilton Rewards Member) was under $200, which I thought was reasonable, given that I hadn't any advance notice.The rooms are also appointed more like a boutique hotel, somewhat similar to the interior of the rooms at the Charles in Cambridge, where I stayed a few years ago. The bathroom had a sliding barn door, which was a nice modern touch. The bed was comfortable and had been made properly. The television was not 4k, but it was HD and had options to go onto YouTube and other apps. There were even USB charging ports in the wall, which meant I didn't need to use my own charging brick, only the cable.The breakfast offerings were good. The eggs were cooked very nicely (that's sort of a benchmark of quality at a continental breakfast, ha ha).Overall, I'd definitely stay here again. It was easy to get to, was in a safe location and had extra amenities usually found at a more expensive place.

Stayed here for a weekend trip to Boston. For me location was very convenient is 20 mins away from Downtown Boston in a car. They served a decent breakfast, eggs, waffles, bagels, bread, sausage, juice, coffee and oatmeal. Amenities are very well maintain. Hotel is clean quiet and welcoming. Pets are allowed for an extra $75 fee. Room was specious and comfortable. Overall it was a really nice stay.Rooms: Clean, spacious, comfortable. Tv, mini fridge, coffee maker, hair dryer.

Not many food locations nearby, but the service of the hotel is beyond excellent.Being super friendly and energetic even during the late hours of the night.For a quiet night I would stay again due to there good service and wonderful price.

We agree to give 5 stars to this hotel. You won't feel like you stay at 3 star(feel more like 4 or more star) we agree the breakfast is good and have lots of variety, coffee,teas and hot coco avaliable 24 hours. Front desk very good and friendly and always try to help us the best they can.For our dog, the hotel has grass corner at front and side hotel so they can do his stuff(no 1&2).Overall we enjoy our stay and recomend this hotel if you will stay in the area
