I understand people working retail deserve a break but leaving a note on the door during business hours and stating you'll be back in 30 minutes is stupid. When does that 30 minutes end I've seen 3 people walk to the door ( since I've been sitting here in my car)only to turn around and leave ... ridiculous

My name is Walter Hartwell White. I live at 308 Negra Arroyo Lane, Albuquerque, New Mexico, 87104. This is my confession. If you're watching this tape, I'm probably dead– murdered by my brother-in-law, Hank Schrader. Hank has been building a meth empire for over a year now, and using me as his chemist. Shortly after my 50th birthday, he asked that I use my chemistry knowledge to cook methamphetamine, which he would then sell using connections that he made through his career with the DEA. I was... astounded. I... I always thought Hank was a very moral man, and I was particularly vulnerable at the time – something he knew and took advantage of. I was reeling from a cancer diagnosis that was poised to bankrupt my family. Hank took me in on a ride-along and showed me just how much money even a small meth operation could make. And I was weak. I didn't want my family to go into financial ruin, so I agreed. Hank had a partner, a businessman named Gustavo Fring. Hank sold me into servitude to this man. And when I tried to quit, Fring threatened my family. I didn't know where to turn. Eventually, Hank and Fring had a falling-out. Things escalated. Fring was able to arrange – uh, I guess... I guess you call it a "hit" – on Hank, and failed, but Hank was seriously injured. And I wound up paying his medical bills, which amounted to a little over $177,000. Upon recovery, Hank was bent on revenge. Working with a man named Hector Salamanca, he plotted to kill Fring. The bomb that he used was built by me, and he gave me no option in it. I have often contemplated suicide, but I'm a coward. I wanted to go to the police, but I was frightened. Hank had risen to become the head of the Albuquerque DEA. To keep me in line, he took my children. For three months, he kept them. My wife had no idea of my criminal activities, and was horrified to learn what I had done. I was in hell. I hated myself for what I had brought upon my family. Recently, I tried once again to quit, and in response, he gave me this. [Walt points to the bruise on his face left by Hank in "Blood Money."] I can't take this anymore. I live in fear every day that Hank will kill me, or worse, hurt my family. All I could think to do was to make this video and hope that the world will finally see this man for what he really is.

Constantly opens late, always on break with signs on the door. Not sure how this business makes money..worst GameStop I’ve ever seen or been to.

I’ve tried this location three separate times this week to get a video game and every time I make the trip the store is closed with these paper signs. The “be back in 30” sign was a lie.. I waited. Absolute insanity.

Place that employs rude stuff. I wanted to buy 2x $75 games today, Sunday. Games are locked in the case. There are no key available to open it. I offered to pre-pay for the games to ensure I have them before holidays, but no. The option was not available. No pre-pay. Then the cashier went to say that it s my choice if I want to come on Monday and he doesn't care if I get it or nit. There will be other customers to get the game. Wow.

The attendant and (what I believe was the owner) had a very loud conversation about politics, capped off with the owner saying "I know nothing about video games".

When coming to this GameStop have some patience.DO NOT come in if you’re rushing. They are not always sufficiently staffed. I have only had good experiences here and I have always been treated with respect and they have good deals most of the time.Shout out to the employees! You guys are great!

Some guy, who presumably appeared to be an employee, behind the counter with a beard, was troubleshooting a PS5. I just wanted to buy a couple of games and leave. He's chatting with someone at the counter who appeared to be either a friend or a customer. The employee saw me standing with a couple of games and never said anything to me, like, hey, I'll be right with you. So, as a nice person, I waited a little while longer to give the benefit of doubt. Guy whips out the cellphone flashlight, looking under the hood of the PS5. Absolutely, silly. I dropped the games and left. First time at this location, and it'll be the last time. Gamestop, you're losing business to this guy who wants to play the role of a technician. He needs to apply to a bench job or something else.

Have seen some complaints about experiences with the staff but those are opposite to my experience- have only had good interactions with everyone who works there. This GameStop is pretty small, and things can move slow sometimes, but I’ve really only seen that happen when a staff member is being helpful for a needy customer and taking time to answer questions. I like this location and the staff.
