I like this place. They provide a pretty nice rate to me. The point is the manager, Kathleen just being so nice, so patient every time I have a question, It's not a easy thing when you have languages barriers. She just understand my needs so well. I will do the pre pay for 1 Year at least.

I've been using the Extra Space Storage facility at 195 Bear Hill Rd. in Waltham, in-between moves. It's been a positive experience! The staff is very helpful. They've worked with me to find the right size unit to fit my budget, and have been available to answer any questions or address concerns. The facility is well-maintained, climate-controlled, easy to access, and highly secure. Plus, the location is really convenient! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this Extra Space location to anyone in the Waltham area looking for self-storage.

Kathryn, (the assistant manager) is very thorough and responsive to questions. She made it easy to change storage units when we needed a larger space. She always stays busy, cleaning units or helping customers. Thanks for your help.

I've rented with Extra Space twice over the past few years and service has been exceptional. Easy to rent, 24 hour access (only if you specifically ask for it, it is at an additional cost) the manager is friendly and helpful. It was a breeze to move out. It's kept very clean & I have never had any issues. 100% would recommend and use again if I need storage space. Thanks Extra Space ?

Nice staff, set up is very inconvenient for the door to bring all your stuff in and out. Loading area parking is slanted so the carts start to roll away as soon as you let go of them.

I have been using extraspace locations for my business for several years. Few of them deliver excellent customer experience and without any doubt this location on bear hill road in Waltham is one of them. Very courteous staff and easily accessible location. If you are looking for a storage place in Waltham, I highly recommend this location. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I received the best service at Extra Space Storage today. They had to drill my lock out, which was very difficult. I could not thank them enough for sticking with it. I have been a customer for more than 15 years. They have always been responsive to my needs. I highly recommend them, especially the one in Waltham, Mass.
