I was a bit disappointed, the bath tub and other facilities are in poor condition.
The front desk is not responding quicker and well.

Manager Katie and her staff I’m familiar with knowing there are more (Amanda Julius Ana to name a few) have been nothing short of amazing and very hospitable.
In my current life transition, it’s comforting to know I have a place to walk into seeing familiar faces which provides needed comfort.
I recommend Extended Stay America Not just for hotel accommodations, but truly for the staff your organization hired.
I’m pleased to call extended stay 52 4th Ave., Waltham, MA my temporary home away from home .

Safety: I do frequently see Waltham patrol officers, making sure that the grounds are safe for any “Riff Raff” and the overall safety and well-being of Extended StayAmerica short-term residents.
Noteworthy details: Every time I need something for the room like a toaster dishes, pots pans anything within their means on site, Julius is wonderful and helping me obtain these items

Booked 2 rooms. Gave them to us on opposite ends of the hotel. Had to wait 15+ minutes for our rooms. When we got in to our rooms, it was 85°, trash under our beds, bugs crawling around, microwave broken, bathroom door broken, hair everywhere including a bunch in the tub!

Absolutely disgusting. Greasy spots and handprints on walls. Dirty floors, trash in hallways. Dirty sink and tub. Saw 3 porters working but none of them picked up the trash in the hallways. Trash room overflowing left with door open so dumpster smell wafting throughout hotel. Hotel room phone didn't work (no cord), no effort made to remedy, had to go all the way to front desk in my wheelchair to obtain assistance. Outlets in room do not work, unable to charge devices. Met with a blank stare when asked for assistance. Literally just stared at me and didn't speak, as if I wasn't there asking a question.
Morning crew was friendly, we did like her.
Continental breakfast was nutri grain bars (super lame, but whatever, not that big of a deal), only toxic flavored creamer available for coffee, no unflavored option or real milk available.
I've never been a complainer, especially at restaurants and hotels. For me to be complaining means it was BAD.

Great place to stay if you like waking up with bed bug bites all over your face…..our room looked like it had been “cleaned” by a toddler. So gross, and not cheap for how disgusting it is inside. They should be paying me to stay there ?

I stayed here 3 night the hall has a bad smell
And the bathroom has a mold smell
I wanna be honest I didn't even sleep
I will never ever come back never ever
Don't even tell me excuses please especially the management don't trying force yourself to explain really 3 days nobody clean and touch my room smell is spices
You are bad sample for boston sorry to say that .

Booked a room several weeks in advance. When I arrived from out of town to check in, I was informed that dozens of rooms were overbooked. I was forced to find a different room at the last minute, costing almost 10 times more per night.

Disappointing - an extended stay hotel with no dishes, no silverware in the room , no grab bars in the shower , overbooked, grab & go breakfast very uninspiring

Do not stay here! The entire staff is incompetent. This hotel is disgusting. Save yourself the trouble and go to one of the other hotels in that area.
