Previous review: The side entrance has been non functional for more than 6 months now. I don’t know what the management is doing. I’ve filed multiple complaints, and I hear the same answers time and again: we are working on it. Working on what?? Since 7-8 months, what exactly are you working on? Matt leaving as properly manager has really set this place back. Please address this issue!!

We seriously don’t know what we would do without Cory and Mike. Not only do they always have an answer for us and any problems that arise, they’re fun to talk to and great to be around! We always know that they’ll be able to help us even when everyone else needs their help too - would give 10 stars if we could!

Just used Cory's help. What a nice guy! But, even better, the service he provided. He is a handyman. Fixed the problem with A/C, electric equipment and even, some furniture. Did it all on spot, nicely and smoothly. Thank you very much.

Dishonest rental listings. Wasted an hour coming out to tour an apartment, then was told the price had increased $500/mo over a few days. Agents are unhelpful and company is untrustworthy. Don't waste your time.

Management refused to sign for packages all of a sudden. My packages got send back multiple times. The service I received is not worth the price I paid.

This is my second and last year now. You will be playing hop-scotch avoiding multiple piles of fecal matter and urine stains in the hallway. I've also had a broken thermostat for months even though I've asked maintenance to help three times. They told me I'd have to wait "until spring" with no other explanation.

Bad experience. When I am still waiting their information on one of their rooms, they tell me they rented to someone else. I came first and just because I am online, they jsut ignore me.
