My 2023 experience was a positive one, but my 2024 experience was negative. After my taxes were completed, I received a bill from the IRS for $2000 and when I attempted to communicate with the accountant who did my taxes, he would not return my phone calls, and it took me 3 emails to him and 4 weeks for him to reply, with an unsatisfactory and nonsensical response. Over the next 3 months, I reached out multiple times a week to try to get anyone to communicate with me. Every accountant I spoke to who said they would look into the situation never returned my calls or my emails (sent at their request). I eventually went to H&R Block to have them redo my taxes since Ebenezer was clearly unwilling to even reply to me, let alone take accountability for their mistakes.

Victor is truly the definition of honest and responsible. If you are looking for someone that can guide you though your process and paperwork he is the right guy for you. He takes his time and is very responsive.
