The guy just took a look at my car and said he'd order the part. Something seemed off so I took my car somewhere else. The other place made me get a rental after trying to get my bumper back in place.

Absolutely great service. My car looks wonderful after several fender benders. Car looks brand new. Brian is a great guy and made my experience so easy. He arranged a rental for me. I couldn't be happier with the repairs made to my car. When I picked up my car it was immaculately cleaned. Highly recommend Don's and doing business with Brian.

I wanted to like this place. It was on the list from our insurance company. I searched and decided it would be a good place. We went there on a Monday with our insurance estimate and was told that they would get back to us in the next day or so. Brian told us that it was difficult to get parts for a 2006 Toyota and that we would wait a month or more to get it done IF he could get any parts for a bumper and headlight with NO structural damage. Saturday, still no call from Brian on any update. We went to another company in our town and they got the parts in 1 day! I would like to be told the truth and not treated sleazily. Honesty, upfront communication and courtesy BUILDS a business! I would suggest going elsewhere!

I've taken different cars to Brian, at Don's Auto Body, over several years. Their work is excellent, with professional, friendly and prompt service. Brian always takes the time to explain the work that is needed, and is very prompt responding to phone calls, and with the latest status. Bonus: Since I have Commerce Auto Insurance, Don's was pre-approved! It made the insurance paper work super easy, their work is guaranteed, and my rental car was even be delivered to their location. I'm never taking my vehicles anywhere else.

Don’s auto body was recommended to me by another reputable mechanic (Jimmy’s) and it was for a good reason! He knew exactly what had happened to the car even without me telling him! He gave a fair and honest estimate of both the timeline and cost. He correctly identified all the damaged parts in my suspension and took no safety risks, neither did he misrepresent the required work. Still his initial estimate was lower than nearby shops and he was even able to save me some more at the end by repairing my fender instead of changing it. It is rare to find a mechanic who delivers more than promised at a lower than agreed upon cost! Overall this job was nicely done in time and for good value.
