I like the service I find in this laundry but I really see very bad that they can not change the glass of the door more than 6 months ago that says they should use the other door because the glass is broken, that they do not have money to repair it. And if a child accidentally runs and hits her hard it's going to end up on the other side of the door or people coming down from their cars with their baskets full of clothes have to go around, that's if I think it's very bad part of the owner of the laundry.

Prices range from smallest $4.95-$11.95 washers. They dont wipe down the soap inserts so there's a lot of build up and black spots when putting in Softner or detergent.
They do take credit card but if you can drive around Waltham/Watertown/Belmont, youll find 3.00- 10.00 options for loads.

The staff are always nice! A little expensive, but cheaper than the coin operated laundry in my apartment.
I also appreciate the ability to load my laundry card with bills or my debit/credit card.

Disrespectful service the first time I went there, came home with other peoples clothes. Went back to attempt to give them a second chance and the lady was so rude told me they don’t have time, clearly they don’t want the business! Go somewhere else!

This is beyond disrespectful and disgusting especially with their customer service a Hispanic women just yelled at my boyfriend for no reason because he wanted to know how the machines worked the instructions were very unclear then once he finished washing his clothes he went to put in his clothes in the dryer went to the car to charge his phone he came back before 8:30 to take his clothes out the dryer and the lady LOCKED THE DOOR she’s a psychopath because your hours of closing at 10 why are you locking a door on your customers freaking crazy bimbo IF I EVER GO IN THERE you will have a problem with me

It's a nice clean friendly place to wash clothes. They have a television so you can watch the news or sports while waiting.

After advertising free pickup and delivery and having used them before they no longer offer this service and were very rude after calling each day as requested to ask for this service. Never called back when stated they would. I would definitely recommend ANY OTHER laundromat before ever going here.

Tonight last wash advertised as 8:30pmArrived at 8:20pm told by attendant not to use the machines because the laundromat is closed. However customer behind me allowed service. 8:30 means 8:30. Extremely disappointed.

The eqipment in the facility was awesome if you NEED to do some laundry. Otherwise it is over priced and I would reccommed going else where. If you step out for a minute people seem to open the doors to the machines and mess with your things??.... including the staff?? My boyfriend and I where shocked at the behavior. I had to sit on top of one of the machines and watch our stuff for half an hour afterwards..... I definitly reccommend staying inside the facility while waiting for your clothing. We ended up being here 2 hours longer than nessisary from these games. Which sucks because there is a beautiful atmosphere outside the facility and it is decently clean inside. We where trying to get some grocery shopping and stuff done while in the city. Not for people from outside the area.

Great place to do your laundry ! The machines are big but there's this lady with this nasty attitude. But only with certain people .she will be all happy speaking Spanish laughing with Spanish customers .but as soon as Iasked her fr help she rolling her eyes than headed and do it with not even communicating with me or nothing .I asked her help with one of the machine she just went and slammed the machine door and walked away without even saying a word to me . If u have preference don't do the job
