Probably the oldest, least organized, crowded, outdated Costco I have gone to. Nice people doing their best but a rotten customer experience. Costco is worth the membership and the time but go to Everett, Danvers or Dedham MA or to Nashua, NH locations for a better experience. This store needs to be closed or modernized to meet the usual Costco high standards. As is, avoid the Waltham, MA store!

Melody, in the cafe, moves at a snail speed pace and thinks it's okay to yell at kids and get snippy with customers. I've also had pushy door greeters get rude with my wife, someone come to me at the register and get super pushy about "upgrading" my membership, cashiers failing to scan everything on a few occasions causing issues later, and more. One of the worst organized and worst run costco locations I've seen around the country on my travels.
Don't bother.
Update: I needed contacts so I have em a other shot. The optical department is just as bad. Every department is indeed understaffed and poorly operated. Also, I spotted multiple health violations in the food court.

The cashiers here are extremely rude as we had experienced 2 incidents as one was when we were checking out, a cashier told us that we needed a business card for our receipt because we wanted to get separate receipts for a business and they told us we needed a business card. There was a 2nd incident in which a cashier recognized us from last time and went to tell here fellow workers "he's back" she had given us a really intimidating stare t hen proceeded to leave her register and ask someone else to do check us out and we know this for a fact because when we were done she came back on the cash register.

The cashier at this store displays extremely rude behavior. It seems she's singling me out, actively trying to provoke conflicts between myself and others. What's even more absurd is that when I brought this up with the manager, their response was merely to say they'll speak with her. But as a customer, I shouldn't have to mediate between your staff. As a major retailer, it's unacceptable to provide such poor service. I demand that you address your employee's disrespectful behavior and issue an apology, or at the very least, provide an explanation. Having been a customer here for 18 years, I've never experienced such appalling service in all my time in the service industry.
