We came here to check out a car before we bought it. The mechanic was really helpful! He showed us the issues he saw, and talked us through why they matter to the car. Really informative. We’ll be coming back to Charlie’s for more work!

Got 3 other outrageous quotes plus one refusal from a shop that literally said they caouldntn”handle” my cars issue. (Really bad oil leak) the quotes were for upwards of $1400+, ...Last stop; Charlie’s on Felton St. for $550 (<50%) and ready next morning!!

This is a small auto repair shop one morning i got in my car and proceeded to drive when my front end was making a terrible grinding noise so i dropped it off at Charlie's a couple hours later he called and said your is all set when i went in to pay for repair he said no charge it turned out to be a small rock lodged in my brake caliper what im getting at is HONESTY goes a long way

They are always busy but if you make an appointment, they get you in. Nice that they have a cab to get you to work or back home when you drop off vehicle. Pricing is competitive and they mail out coupons occasionally.
