I am utterly impressed. The team arrived early, finished moving two full rooms of my appartment in maybe 9 min with three guys (they even wrapped the furniture in that time!)
Fast, efficient, careful, and kind.
Everything made it to my new space in great condition and they even helped me set up.
Highly recommend!

My table was damaged when it was moved. Eric took responsibility and had it refinished by a pro. I actually like it better now. Eric is a honorable man who represents his company well. Thanks

Charles River Movers showed up in this Ryder truck but had the company Logo T-shirts. They were moving stuff out from downstairs, which I didn't know anything about until I saw this.This is my suv and this is how they left the tailgate, my opinion I would never use them Unprofessional, Rude, Inconsiderate!!

My daughter used this company yesterday for her move from an apartment and storage to a house in Waltham. The service exceeded her expectations. The movers showed up timely, they were professional, efficient, and completed the job in the expected time frame. Highly recommend!

This company had t-shirts on but showed up in Ryder truck moving first fl out of state. At the time this was going on I was sleeping didn't know any of this was happening.The tailgate is practical on my hood and they left it like as shown in picture from my house camera, until I woke up.This is unacceptable.

I would not recommend this mover. They are not what I expected. They are just guys and a truck, not professional movers. The movers themselves were nice, but inexperienced and ended up doing damage to a few pieces of our furniture and hit the walls a few times. They didn’t use basic moving equipment like straps, etc.They spent way too much time wrapping our stuff in plastic and organizing the truck. What was supposed to be a 2 hour job took twice that.They charged me much more than the original quote and when we complained they claimed that they could figure something out with us. In the end he ended up lying, being rude and doing nothing.You can do better than Charles River Movers.Reply:The quote I was given was in dollars not time. I was told $650. I was charged double that. I was charged for travel time when the travel time should have been 2 minutes.

We got an estimate for $650 they ended up charging over $1000 and damaged multiple items. They took very long to pack the truck and I really don't think they were trying to be quick nor efficient.

Charles River Movers delivers! I called requesting movers to bring two 300 pound (each) cabinets from the street down into my basement through a very narrow opening in the back of my town house. Additionally, I needed the service immediately! Within an hour, two extremely competent and professional movers arrived and placed the cabinets, protecting my floor and cleaning up the debris. I was so thriled with their service and can highly recommend Charles River Movers.

We hired Charles River Movers to move a piano because they assured me they were experienced moving pianos and had insurance in case of damage. Damage occurred, including a large crack in the piano fallboard, during the move resulting in over $600 worth of damage. The repair person said that type of damage is a result in incorrectly strapping the fallboard during the move. Charles Rivers Movers has not responded to my request for payment.
