It is not advisable, people are so rude, they should have professional training before getting the job, they do not know that they have the job because they see patients every day and the care is terrible.

The women who are registering people are terrible, before hiring them they should give them a test to see if they are trained in customer service, they get angry with life ??? they feel bad when they see someone coming in, it's terrible service

If I could give 0 I would gladly no I recommend this place. The secretaries are very lazy and the girl is Zulema o iris I think very incompetent with her work. She had an appointment at 11:30. and because of her I lost it since she couldn't find my information and in the end she ended up telling me that my insurance is not active. when the same doctor called me for the appointment. she had a text message with the doctor's name and confirmation and still she didn't want to pass me by. She then sarcastically told me it's been half an hour. If it was your fault for not doing your job well. I will never go to Waltham again. I recommend you go to Brighton. ?

Terrible experience. Can’t follow up or quite honestly do anything right. Changed PCP immediately and I hope I never have to deal with this terrible service again.

Horrible, unprofessional, make you feel like a loser just walking in. Told me as soon as I walked in the door that they're not accepting new patients, don't answer any emails. Not good as far as I'm concerned

Been to this clinic all my life, would not recommend going here. Tried calling dental and vision and front desk said they will let them know and give me a call back and mind you I’ve called several times and got that same response. Changed my insurance once I got the opportunity. This place lacks communication and management, has the worst reviews from yelp, google and Facebook and indeed from employees themselves and yet nothing is getting done about this for YEARS.

For some reason my personal account couldn't leave a rating, but I'm really motivated to drop this one star rating so I'm dropping it here instead!Non-responsive, unprofessional, and uncaring front end staff. I'm disappointed that I wasted my time and effort even trying to be cared for at this facility.If you're chronically ill, do yourself a favor and find somewhere else to go. They will not help you here.

I have 4 kids. All are underfifteen. They got to the states on April 2nd. I went to the school to admit them but they told me first they need to complete theirs immunizations . I got to this location and one of the lady took my phone number and told me we will contact you within 3days. Unfortunately nobody contact me and my 4 kids still didn't start the school because they need to complete the immunization. They want go to school. Every one knows how important the school for kids. So i am still waiting for their call.

Very poor services you can’t even get appointments with them and it’s hard to get your medical records from them I had to go there physically a couple of times and after exchanging words with them that’s when I got my children’s physicals . The whole process there is a pain in a neck?
