Do not get Abigail Turkington for PCP she treats her patients poorly and dismisses concerns. My mother had brain surgery in December, when she finally got her appointment with Abigail (hasn’t seen her since November), in March, miss Abigail sent a student instead even though she was in. The student made my mother feel very unheard and didn’t want to help my mother fill out work permissions. You would think after a major surgery the PCP would be concerned for her patient. In this same appointment, my mother was asking for labs because she had heavy bleeding from another complication since November, which Abigail knew about. They refused the labs and it took a lot of effort to get a pap smear appointment because Abigail blamed it on menopause. This is not the first time she has dismissed an issue like this. My mother had severe bleeding for 7 years and it was blamed again on menopause only for years later to be discovered when it became a big issue where she had to go to the emergency room. My mother had chronic pain for those years because of this.

This place has a lot of 1-star ratings for a reason. They never answer the phone, no matter how many times you try to get a hold of them. I left two stars just because the nurses and doctors are mostly very nice and treat you well. But, if you're trying to make an appointment with them your best bet will be doing it in person.

As a clinician who works with hospice patients, calling patient doctors for questions or to give them patient updates is a literal nightmare. No one answers the phone, the MD is not reachable and NEVER returns phone calls or messages left on behalf of families. This location doesn't support clinicians in providing best patient outcomes and they leave patient families to have to find other avenues of care.

Doctors are very hesitant for treatment. Tried to get a prescription refill on a Friday, their 3rd party answering team assured me the message would be passed to my primary and I'd get a answer back soon but neither were true and now I'm stuck on the weekend in pain with them telling me I have to wait until Monday to try to contact my own primary again.

It is not advisable, people are so rude, they should have professional training before getting the job, they do not know that they have the job because they see patients every day and the care is terrible.

The women who are registering people are terrible, before hiring them they should give them a test to see if they are trained in customer service, they get angry with life ??? they feel bad when they see someone coming in, it's terrible service

If I could give 0 I would gladly no I recommend this place. The secretaries are very lazy and the girl is Zulema o iris I think very incompetent with her work. She had an appointment at 11:30. and because of her I lost it since she couldn't find my information and in the end she ended up telling me that my insurance is not active. when the same doctor called me for the appointment. she had a text message with the doctor's name and confirmation and still she didn't want to pass me by. She then sarcastically told me it's been half an hour. If it was your fault for not doing your job well. I will never go to Waltham again. I recommend you go to Brighton. ?

Terrible experience. Can’t follow up or quite honestly do anything right. Changed PCP immediately and I hope I never have to deal with this terrible service again.

Horrible, unprofessional, make you feel like a loser just walking in. Told me as soon as I walked in the door that they're not accepting new patients, don't answer any emails. Not good as far as I'm concerned

Been to this clinic all my life, would not recommend going here. Tried calling dental and vision and front desk said they will let them know and give me a call back and mind you I’ve called several times and got that same response. Changed my insurance once I got the opportunity. This place lacks communication and management, has the worst reviews from yelp, google and Facebook and indeed from employees themselves and yet nothing is getting done about this for YEARS.
