“George and Ken’s is the best. The did very high quality work on my Tesla Model S a couple years ago for significantly less than another high quality body shop quoted me. Most recently I brought my Tesla Model 3 in for an estimate to repair/paint a chip on my door and a scrape on the body above a rear wheel. They looked at it and suggested that they could touch up the paint while I waited and if that wasn’t satisfactory, they’d setup an appoint for a more thorough repair and painting. 15 minutes later they were finished and I couldn’t tell where the scrape had been—and they refused to charge me!”

“Amazing place, super friendly and helpful staff, saved my week!!My car got broken into Saturday morning, but with all of the auto shops closed over the weekend I had to wait until Monday. I scheduled an appointment online with another glass company but the soonest they had available was Thursday, which would mean I'd have to get a car rental for a few days. I called these guys and they were able to get the glass for my passenger side window and fix it before 3pm same day!! I was super stressed out from this incident but they made the process extremely easy. Much appreciated and definitely recommend!!”

“After multiple supplier issues (shop kept getting a broken windshield) I finally got it replaced and what a great experience. They were able to transfer over my inspection sticker and the Velcro stickers for the toll pass. They saw me at my appointment time and got me in and out in the quoted time. Never had a windshield replaced before but these guys made it easy. Highly recommend. And if you have a Subaru, just have them call you once your windshield is in to schedule an appointment.”

“Staff at this location are friendly and efficient, my repair was done on time as promised with no noticeable issues afterwards. My only gripe is that I came back for a replacement after my initial windshield was found to be damaged. The following day that I came back there were still imperfections in the replacement glass (Not the fault of the onsite staff). At this point I bit the proverbial bullet and called it a day. I could not come back for a third retry at this point and lived with my decision. Quality Control from the warehouse to the shop could be improved substantially.”

“After filing a claim for vandalism we contacted JN Phillips Burlington for the installation. The passenger side window was completely smashed which unknown to us had damaged the window's regulator. The tech spent a great deal of time trying to get it working and even called his boss to help. After concluding there was a damaged part, the car was sent to the dealer. Dave kept in touch with me through text messaging until we had the new window installed. This team turned the worst night of my life into relief that my car was looking good again. I'll use them again and would recommend their service if you live or work in the Burlington area.”
