The worst. There are almost No laundry carts. Coin operated laundromats are antiquated and need to be updated to the card system. It was freezing cold inside. The most important issue though is that THE DRYERS ARE NOT HOT ENOUGH TO DRY ANYTHING!!! I separated my bedding into individual pieces and used separate dryers. A single mattress pad cover after 5+ cycles on High Heat did not ever dry and the stuff that *sort of* dried was not even warm to the touch also after multiple cycles on High Heat setting. When I complained about it the employee said high heat isn’t good for the fabric. It is most likely just to get you to keep putting more money in. Your clothes will not dry or be sanitized here. I will NEVER return to this place. Go literally anywhere else. It will be the best decision you’ve ever made! Check out the picture I took while I was there.

Very disappointed. Have always loved their drop off service and use for big items- comforters etc. Have always been happy with service. This time when I received my comforter back it had blue stains all over comforter. We brought it back to have rewashed and the stains are still there. Looks like a marker or a pen was in the wash machine. Comforter was ruined, had to purchase a new one.

The employees are very friendly and seem to enjoy working there. They do an excellent job with Wash/Dry/Fold orders, as well as with comforters and quilts. They’ve been a lifesavers to me since I had shoulder surgery. Thank you to Vin and the others for making my daily living a bit easier while I recover!

I like because the machines are much cleaner and work better then other places.. I just don't like the card thing ... I caught the lady she tried to poket a few bucks, (she didn't load them in the card she was letting me borrow just while there) she didn't add al the money I gave her on the card...,,?? honestly she probably doesn't make much so whatever, long as it's not charging me extra or something

The worker, Van, is absolutely lovely, she takes care of my in-laws clothes, and she even goes above and beyond going out to their car with a cart. She's so nice!

This place was great to go to in a pinch when my usual spot was full on the off day i went than my normal day. The lady was super helpful in showing me what i needed. Only 2 complaints. One is the use of quarters still vs a chip card. The 2nd was wash being taken out to supply someone with a machine. I understand the premise and why she did it but made me a little uncomfortable. Overall i would definitely recommend and use this place again.

Want happy another customer moved my laundry from machine while I brought my laundry outside so she could have both top an bottom dryers near each other then she took another ten dryers on that wall so she had them all basically so rude buy one an do ur dirty laundry there hate greedy peeps !

Look before you put your clothes in the machines there was a screw in my dryer and my jeans got damaged.The Laundry mat attended said it was not the screw that did it

I come here all the time and normally its fine. might have to wait a bit for a machine but not terrible. Tonight I encountered a rude Spanish couple who were using 2/3 of the big machines. I was told I could use the 3rd When it was done. This couple swooped in and took it. i said something and called them rude. They went on just loading their laundry. I am like fine I will wait. One of the machines was almost done. When it finished they put it on again. i think it's wrong that I was told by the employee I could use the machine and this rude couple took it and continued to keep washing know other people were waiting. the least they could have done was leave the 3rd one open. either have a sign up saying 2 big machines per person or get another big machine.

•Very quick service•Machines take quarters. There's 2 quarters machines that take cash only•Can pay the lady to do your laundry- washed, dried, folded. I recommend calling ahead if you plan to do this•Different type machines cost different amounts ranging from power wash: XL washing machines being $6.75, Large $5.50, Small $4.75. Then there's nonpowerwash, regular loads that are like $2-3•Power driers are $0.25 for 7 minutes, can put in as many quarters as desired

I created a Yelp account just so I could write this review. The washing machine in our family home is broken so we have been going to Bubble's the past few days.Today we picked up our load and unwrapped it to find a one dollar bill, presumably found in one of our pant pockets, neatly tucked inside the top shirt. This may seem small, but it really took me aback. We never would have noticed a one dollar bill missing, but the incredible staff at Bubbles went out of their way to make sure it was returned. I wish I could personally thank whoever washed/folded our clothes this morning but hope this review is a close second. For anyone considering going to Bubbles, you can feel confident you'll be working with kind, efficient, and trustworthy people. I will definitely be using Bubbles for all future washing needs and referring my friends.
