When I switched to Boost Mobile I purchased A Nokia C200, wonderful promotion and amazing phone. I ran into an isssue at work with a coworker accidently activating a lock screen on my device. I headed to the store and Ruby attempted to reset my device and informed me to leave my device that her coworker would be able to fix it for me. I came back the next day and the coworker she mentioned Heidy informed me that the Nokia C200 had an issue were it could not be factory resetted. I was disappointed to hear so I decided to purchase another Phone and went with the Samsung A03, she was able to restore my contacts via my email. She informed me she would contact Nokia due to the 1 year warranty the device brings. Within 2 1/2 weeks I recieved a brand new Nokia Device from the Nokia company that Heidy was able to get in touch with due to the warranty. So thankful for their help in this situation and now I have a back up phone if anything. Recommend comming here they try their best for the customers it is all about patience!!!!

I arrived to the store cause my phone kept notifying me of a CDMA Shutdown. Heidi was very helpful and patient in setting up my phone and it was great to get a good promotion!

I wish I could write a zero star review. This review is about BoostMobile in general, not a specific store. Please do yourself a favor and avoid them at all costs. Tech support is worthless, all that they do is "escalate" to someone who is supposed to call back, but never does. They only thing that they are actually capable of doing is to try to upsell you to more expensive plans. I wish that I had looked at the reviews on here before buying a phone from them. The phone doesn't work and they say that I can't return it because I waited too long, but the reason that I waited so long was because they kept promising to call me back and then never did. I'm not really sure what they could do to be any worse than they are. Save your money and time and go with anyone else and you'll be better off.

We have to talk with the ladie at Moody street. She's always rude with customer. She cannot do customer service. I know a lot people left Boots mobile because of her. She always mad at me for nothing. She even yell at me. She's so rude. We have to do something.

Chat with boost is a waste of time and spent 45 minutes or more with Richard who had no clue how to help me with my $10 credit in my account as they ignored my $10 credit and told me to try and use it for july and it was to be used for June- how is this helping you WASTE OF TIME!

This review is not for the store or any live employee, but for the service and online help. Basically, online chat is useless, people don't know anything, but won't bump you to a more informed help tier until you talk about cancelling service. Even then, online help mostly useless. 2 flip phones we had with Boost just stopped working w/o notice from Boost. Older CDMA phones, became obsolete, but Boost didn't inform us, and online help knew zip about it; we wasted hours trying to troubleshoot. As well as being fed b.s. such as "tower is being upgraded". Then finally newer flip phones were suggested by chat agent. Found the phones listed on their site, ordered a pair, requested new plan, but when they arrived, new plan hadn't been implemented, and then couldn't be connected to the Boost network via the plan they were shown to support at the website. But it took *hours* to find this out via online chat. Oh, but do we want to buy a different (and more expensive) plan than the one that supposedly would work with the phones we bought? No thanks, Boost. Then it took another hour to get a phone number to an actual person to supply a return RMA number for the non-working phones. But first, referred multiple times to a Boost phone number with no menu choice for returns.

I had an issue with my service for a week that main customer service could not resolve. Finally decided to seek help at the store and it took Heidi about 2 minutes to restore my service and fix the issue. Great, knowledgeable and helpful customer service. Thank you Heidi.

I have been a loyal customer to Boost Mobile and their store on Moody Street because their customer service is superior and ensures their customers are happy and well.I had a long transaction to get done and they took care of me the entire time. They also explained to me what they were doing and why.Will continue to come here. I send all of my friends to them.

I will NEVER go back to Waltham store!NonprofessionalNo communication RudeUnorganizedToo many people in shop with clearly 1 person conducting purchases.Still unsure why so many individual’s needed to assist customer .ALSO: After waiting 1 to 4:45pm, they rushed me and I left with service being incomplete.Had to go to another Boost next day to have my services transferred to new phone.Very frustrating experience.
