I am a blessed and thankful Stroke Survivor 8 months as of January 21st 2019 and The American Heart Association has taught me so much. Proud to say I support Go Red For Woman as loss my dear Mom to Heart Disease at 57. Much too young, if we only knew what we do today.

Upon my mothers death the family had donations given to the American Heart Association. Published contact information was provided by the Funeral Home in the Obituary. Donors were frustrated because the information was erroneous. Upon calling the published number I got a lengthy menu and after navigating the menu learned the local number was disconnected. Upon emailing them I received no response. Upon trying to call a published 800 number I listened to a lengthy menu and then was put on hold for one half hour with no one picking up, all the while forced to listen to a voice loop recording. I finally hung up and wrote this review. People are sending checks to my house in order to donate because they cannot find accurate contact information. I hope AMA someday responds to this review at so I can take down this post. I will never know who to thank if someone was able to donate.
