I get my very curly hair cut by Andrea Silva in Wilmington now and she is AMAZING. What inspired me to write this is that Andrea recently did my hair for my wedding. All I can say is wow. Her attention to detail and joyful presence made everyone feel happy, calm and beautiful — from 20-somethings to moms of the bride and groom, from thick long hair, to shorter thinning hair. Andrea is also one of the nicest people you will ever meet. When a family member got injured right before the wedding, she even let us borrow an ankle boot she had in her car, saving the day! Literally going above and beyond.

The best kind of haircut TO ME isn’t instant gratification, it’s one that continues to look good over time. I was hesitant to layer my hair, but Andrea killed it and i swear I love it more & more with each passing day! True hair goddess

Andrea is awesome! Her personality is incredible and my daughters love going to her. She’s done some pretty amazing styles on my girls and it looked sooooooo much better than I expected. It’s just awesome to have someone like Andrea to be able to go to. You won’t be disappointed for sure.

If I could give more than five stars, I would. Andrea has been my hairdresser since I moved back to MA in 2011, she is the only person I trust with my hair! Not only is she an amazing hairdresser she is a great person and takes the time to make her clients feel special. Last year I tried the keratin express treatment she offers and just recently got it done again with her, it is perfect for my curly and unruly (see before and after photo lol) hair-the treatment keeps my hair soft and allows me to wear it down with little to no effort involved! I have also been coloring my hair with Andrea the past two years and I love her ability to make the color look natural. I highly recommend Andrea if you're looking to try keratin treatments or if you are looking for an amazing stylist who will care for your hair and keep you laughing!

Andrea is an extremely skilled stylist. She is an expert at color and takes her time to perfect your haircut. I travel 45 minutes because she is so good at her art. She is also one of the nicest, honest and ethical people you will ever meet.

I can't say enough nice things about Andrea. She is a highly skilled stylist and can execute perfectly whatever it is you ask of her. Andrea is also one of the nicest people I've met and I often tell people that even if I didn't love her work so much I'd still come to have my hair done by her because she's so darn friendly. Totally worth the trip to Waltham and do make sure to schedule an appointment as she has a big following and you will want to make sure to find a time to get your hair done.
