Hands down, Danielle is the best!! She has been my stylist for 10+ years, and now, I've followed her to Ailish & Aston. I literally walk in every time and say to her, "Do whatever you're feeling today." I have never been disappointed! She's a true artist.

I've been three times and the salon is clean and bright. I agree with another post that the online booking is not awesome- and you can't cancel the appointment through the website if you need to change it. When I went last time, the man behind the desk ignored me while I just stood there waiting for him to acknowledge that I was there. (Later when I mentioned this in a follow-up email, they told me "Jeff" said he absolutely did talk to me, which... he didn't, but sure, tell the customer she's wrong.) And Lauren is a great stylist, she colored and cut my hair great, but she must not have used a towel to line my robe this last time, and I left with my shirt bleached in the back from the dye. When I contacted them about it, they told me I should have asked to change out of my shirt. (I've never been asked if I want to, nor have I had this happen in the 20 years I've been getting my hair colored.) While they did give me a partial refund (basically 10% off), I had to follow up three times about it.Services: Balayage

I'm lucky I'm good friends with the stylist I usually see whenever I get a haircut from this place. She does an excellent job with my hair but the website to book your own appointment has a lot of bugs. I tried signing up to book my own appointment and it kept telling me my account wasn't verified. I clicked the link in my email and I got an "invalid" error message. I clicked on the second link and even though both my name and phone number were there, it kept telling me to enter "all required fields." I did and made sure it was correct. I don't know what I was missing. So I have to directly message my friend on social media to book an appointment.

Lauren E. gave me the blonde hair of my dreams! Had such a lovely experience with my first time ever dyeing my hair— she made me feel so comfortable and knew exactly what I was going for. So grateful for such a wonderful stylist and awesome salon!

I have been coming to this salon for ten years, primarily for cut and color, and most recently for eyebrow micro blading. My stylist Kristin and I have built a rapport over the years. I am not the least bit artistic and rely heavily on her recommendations about color selections, high and low lights, and when / how much hair to cut. I always leave the salon feeling renewed, refreshed, and just better than I entered. I have never once been dissatisfied! There is a wide selection of salon-grade hair products available as well as make up and various accessory items for sale at reasonable prices. Recently I took a leap of faith and got eyebrow micro blading done by Kristin; minimal discomfort resulted in a spectacular result, and I have not had to pencil in my brows since that day- something I had done twice daily since my teens! Oh, the liberation! The salon's COVID precautions are top shelf and I always feel safe and comfortable at this salon. If you're on the fence about trying this salon, my advice is to go for it. You will not be disappointed!
