What a huge help Jim was in helping me fill out my license renewal on line.I'm not great on the computer and hishelp getting me through my task was a God Send.When you are in a tough place in your life and someone like Jim takes the time and patience to help make someone's day alittle easierit can make a huge difference in that persons day. They are always helpful and since we were on my father in law's membership which ran out, they are giving us a discount on our own which we shall need soon, since we are finally getting a junk box on wheels instead of Ubers.. lol

This AAA branch saved me after I forgot to renew my license. Try getting an appointment at rmv or talking to a human being on the phone. 5 stars for sure

Excellent experience! Made a call requesting info. In IDP. Representative called back ad all lines were busy. He left thorough info. Went to office and got IDP in about 10 minutes. Staff person was efficient and professional.

Waltham office awesome the staff is very nice, :) they give you 110% very efficient. I have adhd they were so patient with me was there 4/25. They care about AAA member's! I am impress with the customer service care I received. Thank you!

I came here today to renew my driver license. The assistant branch manager is terrible and unprofessional. He is the worst AAA employee I’ve ever met. He wasn’t helping me at all. All he did is to blame me. Totally waste my time and money for membership.

Went there for an RMV transaction on a snowy day earlier this week. All went like clockwork. Glad I had made an appointment with AAA Waltham. The nearest RMV state branch was closed due to a "snow emergency. Friendly, capable staff.

went to AAA in Waltham to renew drivers license. congratulations to AAA to have such valuable employees. five stars in every aspect from greeting people to answering various questions to the procedure in renewing licenses which is daunting of course. immense patience with difficult customers.
