Superb experience having my elderly Audi serviced here. Jake and Evan were great- took the time to explain what the issues were, what NEEDED to be done and what didn’t. We saved significantly from what the dealer quoted and the service was top notch. Highly recommended.

The guys here are all enthusiasts first- they love BMW and that’s clear in the way they talk about the cars and help the customer. I’ve been several times with several different cars and always had an excellent experience.

Fantastic family run shop. Friendly, Helpful and BMW experts. All staff are on top of their game. As a new owner of a used BMW Jake and the staff welcomed me to the shop (with a tour) and provided great service on my maintenence and repairs. A great alternative to the dealer service world. So glad I found them!

Couldn't be happier with the guys over at Wile. I brought in my car for Valvetronic exhaust wiring and also got some tie rods replaced - Jake and his team were extremely helpful and knowledgeable and were overall just great people to hang with for the day!!

Everyone here is knowledgeable, meticulous, and friendly. They really care about the cars that come into their shop. 10/10 would recommend. Best experience i’ve ever had at a mechanic shop.

Jake and his team are the best in the business.
Wile takes the time to explain and diagnose where others cut corners or give up. Lots of track prepped cars next to family daily drivers on the lifts and everything in between. I’ve been going here for three years and it’s my go to- great team and shop!

I brought my new to me e92 m3 to them for a rod bearing service as a precaution. If I could give them 10 stars I would. Excellent work, great communication, and stayed on schedule and to the price they quoted. The team is great, if I were closer I'd have them maintain my X7 as well. Highly recommended.

A++ if you are meticulous about your e36/e46, or really any bmw, this is the place to go. Almost every german mechanic shop ive dealt with over the years were cocky, dishonest or were just uninterested/annoyed on taking on any work. I was pleasantly surprised at how welcoming Jake and his team at Wile were. These are stand-up guys that take pride in the work that they do. I promise you will not find a better bmw shop than this one in new england. Jake is the e46 guy of the northeast! thanks again guys for getting me back on the road as quickly as possible.
