I used to love this place until I ran into an old lady that was rude as hell .I used to come in every weekend . I’m sitting in my car waiting for my timer I set for washers to complete . Well the old lady stands by my machine and starts dumping my clothes . I said ma’am I’m right here why are you dumping and the washer just stopped . I can see if I left my clothes unattended . This women looked at me and said I have people waiting . Well of course they are waiting because the cycle was still going . She then proceeds to tell me how I need to empty my other machines for her customers . I have to unload one at a time and they all stopped at the same time . She ignored me and still continued to dump my clothes . On top of the fact there are only about 10 dryers and they use half of them for drop off . Safe to say my last time here because this lady to damn rude

Very helpful crew, friendly clients and an amazing drop off service. Dryers allow you to add a single quarter to dry to avoid 'rip offs'

Love doing my Laundry here, great service, place is clean, all the staff members including the owner are great. I am yet to have a negative experience in this place. I would highly recommend this place.

Well my washer broke I just moved to Walpole was looking for a place I found this one read the reviews after I read them I went ahead and went there anyways the older gentleman great it me very nice best place I have been at well in here right now.....

The old gentleman (Paul if I’m correct), was extremely rude and aggressive when I said I think there is an issue with my machine. He quickly got offended and keep saying there aren’t any issues with any machines in here when there are customers from last year who said machines in here are old and broken and this is 100% true since I come every week and always have some minor issues.The main issue: Paul’s RUDENESS and DENIAL. Also, he said “you should go to another place if you like”. I didn’t expect such rudeness from a business owner in Walpole but Paul made me realized differently.

Fairly priced & outstanding service! Friendly & welcoming in an exceptionally clean environment. I drop off loads to be done (free&clear detergent is an option!) & always receive? phone call/text when its ready. Clothes are folded professionally & sorted in a bag neatly in the basket I dropped off in. $13.50 minimum for 10lbs(?) & under. Tips not expected but appreciated ?

This is an ok laundry mat. How ever the person that works there can be very rude. We used to go here until he refused to refund or pay for us to run a second load when the mechiene didn't wash our clothes. He blamed it on my wife and we had to pay double for a load. So we stopped going there. The place is a little more expensive then others and the service doesn't match the price. I guess it depends on what kind of mood they are in on the day you go there.

I came into this laundry mat for the first time today. I put my comforter in the washer left came back and when I came back I was approached by one of your workers. I feel there was no need for her to come up in my face and she was standing way too close to me. My father died from Covid. There is no reason for anybody working there to be talking to customers unless I’m doing something wrong. I am 50 years old and I know how to use the washer and dryer. I was shocked that this woman came up to me and got in my face especially with this pandemic.You are supposed to stand 6 ft away. Why did she approach me in the first place? I came back to get my stuff out of the dryer. I didn’t say anything until she started telling every customer that walks through your door that she did not like me. I am a palled on how rude and unprofessional she was. One of your friends saw the whole thing. He said he would be calling you. I live in the area and I will tell everybody.Went back there months later and the same girl is working. I didn’t say anything cause I’m a adult. But she was giving me dirty looks. When I left she was telling everyone what happened months ago. Nice help you got. When are you going to hire people who are not disrespectful.
