Not thrilled with the outcome of the $30 canvas print, wish I could post a picture. One out of the 4 sides isn’t wrapped with the photo, very disappointing.. it’s off center and cheap looking.

Terrible experience. I ordered 4 printed blankets online. I specifically ordered all sherpa matereal, my blankets all came in the less expensive fleece material even though the recipts and invoices stated sherpa. I called the walmart customer service center and requested a replacement of all blankets. I waited 5 weeks, i did not even receive a simple email to confirm my request, so obviously the blankets were not being remade as promised. I called back 5 weeks after the promise of reprints and simply requested they just refund my money and to transfer me to speak to a manager. I was told a manager would call me in 24 to 48 hours..... a week passes, no call, no replacement, no refund. I call again, this time several times each day, i need someone to rectify this situation. Same scripted answer each time.... "someone will call in 24-48 hours". I waited too long we are past the 6 week mark of zero contact from anyone regarding my issue. Not even a simple email, nothing. I call again..... now im told no manager is available however, since my order was places more then a month ago, that i am no longer eligible for a refund. WHAT?!?!. excuse me but i called the minute i received the blankets wrong, which was 8 days after i placed my order. So walmart drags their feet, ignores me, then its my fault because 30 days passed. I call AGAIN, i get told they GUARANTEE a manager will call me within the hour....3 hours pass, so i call again. Then i get told in order to get a reprint or refund they have been promising me for 2 MONTHS, i need to pay out if my own pocket to ship the wrong blankets back, and pay another shipping fee for the replacements. Its been 2 months and i still have not even recieved a simple call, nor even an email.....just the same scripted bullshit answer. Im out over $300 now and doubt i will ever get this refund or reprints. I have contacted the BBB with a complaint. And honestly concidering getting a lawyer. Its not about the money, but rather the principle. The company is screwing me over, to my face, and they dont give a single shit. I will never ever recommend Walmart photo center to anyone and WILL be spreading the word of my terrible experience to anyone and everyone that will listen. Spend the extra at a professional place, one that actually gives 2 shits about customer service.

One star only because I can't give less. Order online and pick up at store for the photo center is a joke. I placed an order on 3/14 and received an email saying not to pickup until I receive an email that photos are ready. Almost a month later, and not a single email. I tried calling the store to get a status and I get placed on hold for 15 min. This is actually the 2nd time this has happened. I tried a different location this time but same issue. If ordering from Walmart Photo Center, I highly recommend selecting Home Delivery. You'll actually get your photos.

These poor reviews are astounding! I've made many photos at this Walmart Photo Center before, along with multiple photo books, a few custom blankets, and a custom phone case, and I've never had an issue with them! Employees are friendly, helpful and attentive to the customers at their machines and photos come out correctly and on time. They haven't lost any of my items, and have even kept some of my stuff for far longer than they should have. I greatly appreciate the long time they did keep one of my items I forgot to pick up... Prices are reasonable, they have a plethora of cool and original gifts, and lots of things are are unique and different. When you think of Walmart, "unique" and "different" probably aren't the words that come to mind, but in this case, they definitely work. The best thing is that you can even do the rest of your transaction at the Photo Center rather than even having to check out at a regular register. Located in the back of the store, between crafts and electronics. Don't see all the issues here and I would suggest this Photo Center to others. 4 stars.

If I could give it 0 stars I would. I go in and use their computer to develop my pictures. It says I have to wait 1 hour to pick up my pictures. So I wait around. Then the hour is up and I go to find someone to get my photos, and there is no one to be found. Paged and employee to photo 3 times and nothing. So I go find someone and when I do I'm greeted by a very unpleasant woman named Ursula who doesn't even look at us while walking through to the photo department. Then tells us it will "be a while". We already waited an hour and our pictures didn't print at all? It didn't even go through a precheck. Then she just walks away. Thanks.

I created a beautiful photo book. Walmart did a good job printing it but it took two trips to the store before the photo people could find it. I mean it was right there, I don't know why they didn't see it. By the way I also had some of the books shipped to a different store and the same thing happened. Also, I was just informed that the online photo center is going to be updated and unfortunately, photo books and other projects will be lost in the transition. I spent so much time putting that book together, I can't believe that there isn't some way for them to save it. I will never create another book through them again.

I called the photo department to see if I ordered pictures through walmart.com and choose "ship to store" they would be printed at the location for pick up, so I could get them faster. Somebody answered the phone, but it wasn't the photo department, and it rang for far too long. This person explained they couldn't transfer me and it wasn't their department. I call back. It rings and rings and rings, finally a voice. "Hi what department are you looking for?" "Photo." "Ok, you have to call the actual photo lab, because I can't transfer you" "That's what I called" "Please call back." It rings for far too long again. I hear the same voice "What department are you looking for?" "The one I called. Photo." "OK, you need to call them direct I can't transfer you." "Why did you answer the phone then?" "What?" "If you're not in photo, and you can't transfer me, and I called photo, why did you answer?" "Sir, you just have to call the photo department. I'll give you the number." "No. I've called three times now. Obviously, I have the number. If I call again, is someone who can help me going to answer the phone? "Yes sir." Call again. Again with the ringing. Same voice answers. "What department are you looking for?" "Listen, is someone actually working in photo right now?" "If you want photo you have to call.." " Stop right there. This is the fourth phone call and the same thing happens every time. I have one simple question for photo." "What's the question?" "Are you in photo?" "No." "Then my question is why can't the person working photo answer the damn phone?" "I don't know sir." "Is there a manager in that store?" "Yes." "Can you ask him why his store is being run this way? Or better yet, tell him to go to photo and tell the person working to answer the phone. I'm calling back in 20 minutes." Constant ringing again. Same woman again. "Thank y-" "Stop. Get the manager." "One moment." I hear her talking to him. "What's the question sir?" "If I order online for in store pick up do you people print the photos?" "He wants to know if he can get in store pick up for the pics he orders online" "No. That's not what I said. Do YOU print the pictures I order to be delivered to your store?" "Do we print the pictures he orders here?... Yes sir, we print them here" "So, if I hit order now, can I come get them later?" "Yes." "Because it says friday..." "We will print them, they will be done. You will get an email." Two later I do the phone shuffle again. Can't get anyone, so I go down there. Finally the only helpful person in the store apparently, an electronics department worker in a wheelchair, (I wish I got her name) came to my aid. She went through all the shipment for that day looking, and didn't find it. She did tell me though that I needed to choose one hour pickup if I wanted them on the day. Neither my wife nor I saw that option, although, telling me that was an option would have answered the question I had at the beginning. Maybe if they actually had someone working in the department I wouldn't have gotten incorrect answers from clueless store managers, and wasted two trips back and forth to the store. The pics finally came (late) on Saturday. I never got the confirmation email. It just happened to be my third trip back to check because nobody would answer when I called to ask if they were in. Oh, and a side note. As I was picking up the photos I could hear over the walkies that a woman was looking for an almanac. I actually walked past her as she asked the question, but got to hear the outcome as I stood in line. They asked the store manager about it. "Er, uh
