Whoever’s working right now . 2pm WED is mean and rude . I’m not the perfect customer but I’m very polite and studious . This guy was just being mean , staring at me the entire time I’m struggling with my box then mumbling under his breath as I go to leave . It wasn’t busy at all , and I get being in a bad mood but if your in a customer service position you can’t take it out on the customers . There was a time when the usps wouldn’t give out tape, so I didn’t think it was that d*** of a question to ask if he can add some tape for me . Apparently it was bc he was sarcastic as all hell before . I’ve never in my life wanted to punch a usps worker before today . I’ve had 34 years of good experiences up until today .

Had a question about refilling out a customs form on a package that was returned to me almost a month after I sent it. The guy (older guy with a heavy grayish beard) behind the counter said 'I don't know' to every question I asked. He was clearly getting frustrated and so was I. He finally said he didn't know anything about sending packages internationally and suggested I go to the main office...definitely seemed to want me to leave. I wanted to ask how he was able to continue working in a post office knowing so little about sending things in the mail but whatever. If you want to buy stamps I guess he could handle that but don't waste your time and I guess his time for anything beyond that.

I had a good experience here just today dropping off a package with all the details and label already put on. There’s social distancing norms in place with little indicators on the floor and masks on policy. There was only one counter open at my time of visit around 4pm but, there wasn’t a big line so it was ok.Contrary to all the reviews I saw about this place before my visit, I was leaning towards a bad experience but, i didn’t have one. It was a standard drop off for my package and I was done within a few minutes, got the receipt and headed home.

Multiple bad experiences.. I wish I could leave zero stars. The old lady who works the front desk should have retired 10 years ago. The older gentleman is awesome but I don’t dare go back in fear of dealing with the wicked witch of walpole. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place at all costs!

Horrible customer service. I will never go there again! I had 2 certified package slips left for me. I went in there that day and was told by the angry guy behind the counter that delivery driver was out and I could drive around looking for them and threw the slips at me. I called on Tuesday and spoke to Jenny who also seemed like she was a very angry person and unhappy that she was working there. I asked this individual if I could sign the slips and leave them in my locked mailbox, as I was unable to make it in there during their business hours. Jenny said,"well I don't know, I have no idea who you are." I gave Jenny my info, she said the delivery driver will pick up the slips up and drop off the package the next day. I left these in my box on Wednesday..After not getting the package on Thursday and Friday, and Saturday. I called on Monday and spoke to Jenny, who said the delivery driver delivered the packages and blamed me for not having the tracking number. She continued to be rude & condescending, I let her know that I didn't like the way she was talking to me. She said well that's too bad. I asked her to speak to her Supervisor, she said that would be me. I asked this Jenny how the delivery person could have left my packages in my locked box, as I am the only one who has the key? She continued to talk over me, and refused to look into this further. I have never been so angry and felt extremely helpless. I have no recall for my packages and got no help from this office and was only humiliated by this person Jenny..Never..never will I do business here again..I really hope Jenny gets a taste of her own medicine..Karma is a real B...and she will find herself on my end one day..I hope she gets her medicine 2 fold..Just a nasty nasty person..and this is someone who is representing the US Post Office..

bad experience. I had a box to mail. The lady just said sternly “it’s a bad address” and walked away behind the wall and never came back. They shouldn’t put people with a bad attitude at the front window. They act like they are doing you a big favor by being there at the window. I see, after reading the other reviews, her name must be Marcia .

Very unpleasant experience. Marcia does not know how to say hello, nor she knows how to say you're welcome to a sincere "thank you". It 's sad to have people like her in public service.

This location does not open for service at 7:00am. Working hours start at 8:30am. I saw a lady hand her package to the attendant behind a half-open window at 8:12am but the gentleman wouldn’t accept mine. So much for “more equal than others...” For some reason, everytime I dropped by this location, I always noticed the employees yelling and swearing behind the counter. Life’s too short guys...
