$24 for a basic wash. It scratch the car brand new car there wipe down was half assed didn't really even dry it for $24 not worth it.

my car was damaged by a malfunctioning drive track causing the car behind me to hit my car. the attendant promised they would contact me and the two other car owners affected. They have not contacted me and I can't find out who owns or insures this car wash.

This was my first experience here and it was not a good one. I definitely will not be back. When I came out of the car wash my car was still dripping wet and I didn't know there was anyone out there to dry your car off because when I came around the corner there was a girl sitting on a bench playing with her phone and when I got out of my car to see how clean it came out I noticed some scratches on the hood of my car which were not there when I went in so I asked the girl several times that was just sitting there do you work here and she just kept on staring at me. So I wasn't sure if she didn't understand me or not because as I kept asking do you work her and she walked away. So anyways I pulled up to where you first go in and I explained to another girl who was working there that my car did not have these scratches on the hood when I first went into the wash yes there were other little wear and tear scratches on my car but not these big scratches on the hood of my car I never had them there before. So they end up sending out this man who proceeds to raise his voice and say that those were there when I know for a fact they weren't. I keep my car very clean and in very good shape I watch over where I park my car and I notice what my car looks like. This was on the front part of my hood. I am not sure if the man was trying to be intimidating because I was a female but he kept coming back at me raising his voice saying it was there before when it Definitely was not. Another thing I didn't know they were gonna wipe down my car because like I mentioned when I came out and around the corner the girl was just sitting there playing on her phone never mentioned anything to me so I had no idea until when I went over to speak to someone else I seen her start wiping down another car.

Fast. But the quality of washing is low middle. I think it could be better for this price.

Went through the wash today and had my left tail light ripped off & license plate damaged. The kid towel drying my car didn't say a word. Haven't gotten a call back.

The self serve ones never work, it never switches the soap types so I can’t actually wash my car and it just steals my money. Plus you swipe you card and it sometimes charges me up to half a dollar before it turns on

I've used them once, just stopped by on the way somewhere. Everything was excellent, no complaints. After washing, guys dried my car with towels and wished a good day. If I in that area again and need a car wash, I will stop there again.

After many rave reviews from co-workers, I made an appt for a full interior/exterior detail for my 2015 Cherokee that I am in the process of selling. Nicole was very helpful just 24 hours prior with an appt already going the same day. They were able to fit me in and the result was better than I ever expected. Wilson was awesome and my car looked better inside and out than it did when I drove it off the lot 4 years ago. Bottom line, well worth the money if your looking for a top notch place to get a detail.

This car wash does not give you the services they advertise. I have 3 vehicles and pay for the 15.00 2nd floor wash (Over 310.00 per year in wash books) they never take the wheel bright nozzle down and spray the wheels, even thought it is advertised. This has been every time I have gone through for the past year with my vehicles, today was the first time I mentioned it to the attendant (that they never use the wheel bright) You ask the help about it and they smirk and laugh. Also, this is the 2nd or 3rd time I have been through there recently that the big side brushes are just hanging there not spinning, I let smiley (attendant) know about it and got another smart a** answer. Stay away from this business, go to Dr Detail in East Walpole. I have always been a loyal customer to Walpole Wash House since the original opened in that space. I don't like being laughed at when asking for a service I paid for. It may be that the help neither understands or speaks English, or they need a lot of training in how to act with customers in this country.
