I came here to balance my tires recently, and the experience was disappointing. I got the vibration on my steering wheel. While the staff was friendly enough, they completely failed to balance my wheels. Moreover, they sad I need new tires and alignment. I came the second time and they balanced wheels, and made alignment. The vibration remained, nothing changed.
In the other tire shop guys noticed that 3 of 4 wheel were completely unbalanced, and 1 wheel nut was missed. They fixed it and now I don't have any vibration at all! The wear on my tires is only 30%!
So, workers here in town fair tires just wanted to scam me. Be careful with them! I strongly suggest to find another shop for your car. I just wasted a time here!
ps: and of course, the steering wheel is crooked after the alignment!

I recently had a poor experience at Town Fair Tire in Plainville Ma. Typed up a review on how bad my experience was. Was contacted by the Director Of Customer Service (Rich Allen) who helped me out immensely as I had one set of tires and was told they were at the Plainville location and turned out when I showed up the tires were never in that location and I paid for tires that were unsafe in the winter as I needed tires right away. Mr. Allen told me he was going to order the correct tires and asked which location I wanted to go to when I asked to be scheduled for the East Walpole location and I was set up for Saturday, October 19 at 11 AM and I worked with a gentleman named Stephen R and Stephen, I have worked with in the past years ago and he is efficient. He is customer service savvy. He is on top of the ball when it comes to getting the customers needs accomplished so I give Stephen R 10 stars and I feel like he is such a great asset to this company and he has great customer service skills and he’s extremely helpful. So I want to thank Mr. Allen and Steven and everybody at town fair tire in East Walpole for really helping me out and supporting me on getting the right tires I am extremely grateful and thankful and extremely pleased with the service and I would recommend anyone to attend town fair tire in East Walpole, Massachusetts, as they are one of the most amazing facilities in the state.
