Exceptional service from Alex today at Walpole location. I told Alex exactly what I was looking for due to the planter fasciitis in the high arch and he was so thorough so knowledgeable. He gave me a few options to try with the product knowledge behind each shoe.
I fully trusted him and would come back again. I very much appreciate the expertise and time spent with the customer. It’s hard to get that these days and keep up the great work!!!

I walked in and was greeted by Matthew, who was extremely knowledgeable I was quick to point out that I knew nothing about feet and shoes, I told him about the troubles I was having with my feet, and he proceeded to try different shoes, and inserts until I found the correct solution I would like to add that I finally took off my new shoes several hours later and my pain and discomfort came back so I know we are on to something!
I was a business owner for many years, and I recently retired,Matthew was genuinely engaged and it is very obvious that he takes great pride in what he does I will certainly recommend run house to my friends

The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. They took their time having me try on several different pairs of shoes after scanning my feet. Their exchange policy is very generous as well. Great small business.

Incredible experience. They did a 3D scan of my feet, watch me walked and went through a thorough analysis. I haven't worn Asics in years but walked away with comfy pair of nimbus.
