“Last month I had the pleasure of shopping at the Dedham DXL location. My wife and I were assisted by Robert -- one of the most professional, knowledgeable, and kind sales associates we have come across. Robert was patient and went out of his way to assist, even though we arrived at the store 45 minutes to an hour before close. The end result was a refreshed wardrobe and a great selection of clothes for an overseas trip. I would be remiss if I did not also mention that Robert proactively identified and resolved an issue where I was not receiving my DXL rewards. Thank you for such a wonderful shopping experience and for all of the assistance.”

“I called the Dedham store because I work in Norwood. I inquired about a specific style in my size. The girl who answered the phone informed me that they were out of stock then proceeded to check inventory of other locations. Unfortunately no luck.
I told her I had a purchase voucher from work that was date sensitive. She said I could come in and still purchase and use the voucher.
When I arrived at the store, a very nice young man named Eric greeted me and welcomed me in. I explained I had already spoken to someone on the phone.
Then a young lady came out from the back and greeted me. Her name is Lauralye Akerman (who happens to be the store manager).
As soon as I said hello she knew why I was there and proceeded to order the specific shoes I requested. Voucher redeemed before the expiration date.
Both Lauralye and Eric are very personable and professional.
I would recommend the Dedham store to anyone who appreciates GREAT customer service.”
“Went in to get my wife showes for her plantar fasciitis. Gentleman there knew exactly what I needed without her even being there. He assured me if she didn't like them that I could bring them back but that wasn't needed because she LOVED them! Great place. I'll be going there for all my running needs from here on out.”

“I'm a big fan of everything Reebok, their excellent prices, manufacturing, and how they make many things. Got a nice pair of wide width sneakers which is important that a brand makes wide width because having anything narrow is way too snug and uncomfortable. Prices are reasonable also, many sneakers less than $100 here. The importance of customer service this place has also I believe. Highly recommend”
“There is a great selection of clothes and good deals on quality products. They have many fitting rooms which helps keep the wait to get in during busy hours down. They also always seem to have a staff member outside the fitting rooms. They'll direct you to an open room and you can hand anything that doesn't fit to them when you leave. As someone who is a fan of Under Armour products but doesn't like the high prices I typically see, this outlet is a great place to shop.”

With Nick's help we tried on many pairs of work shoes; however they didn't fit as well as a pair we had gotten a year and a half ago that was not in the store any more. Nick took the time to find the model # of the shoe, call another store to check on stock, and set them up to be shipped to us. Best customer service I've had in a long time--thank you!”

“Had an issue with my Butter Timberlands, whereas inside of boot lining was defective from factory. The management team just needed to see the issue firsthand!! Long story short management replaced without any issues. Resolving customer concerns is a high priority at this location??????”
“I've been searching around home for a place that sells Puma products and can never find one. I went on vacation from Canada this last week and stumbled upon this Puma Outlet in Wrentham. I was beyond excited to see an actual Puma store. I got discouraged as there wasn't alot of size XXXL and size 13 shoes out but thought I'd ask if they had any of those sizes in the store. The guy working left the floor and came out with a huge box of XXXL shirts that were all on sale for 7$! Then I asked for size 13 shoes and a woman went into the back and came out with the pair I wanted for 27$. Another staff member showed me polo shirts and sweaters all on sale for no more than 20$ each. I met the manager and she was incredibly nice and polite. I absolutely loved my experience at this store and will definetly go back again to buy from Wrentham Puma. I spent 260$ in Canadian money at the store and totalled up if everything was full price in Canada it would have been over 800$. This store is amazing with massive sales available and an awesome crew of workers.”
“I brought a pair of New Balance running shoes to the store that I purchased in June and had issues with the soles breaking down although they were minimally used. The staff was wonderful and gave me credit for the full value of the shoes toward the purchase of a different model with a different type of sole. Just another great reminder of why I have been a New Balance customer for decades. They stand behind the quality of their products.”
“Went to WHBM for the first time on Friday night 15 minutes before they closed. Went in to see if they had suits for women. The two female staff there were so friendly and helpful even though they were about to close. They helped me try on a variety of suits and I found a set that I love. I was so impressed by their help I’m writing a Google review! Haha. I haven't experienced this kind of care at a retail store in years. I looked online to check out their styles and I will definitely visit this store again to shop for other outfits!”
“Beth at the Merrell shoe outlet in Wrentham is fantastic! She greeted us as we entered, and was very helpful in finding the right sizes and styles. There was a promotion going on - buy one pair and get two other pairs for half-price - such a deal! Beth made sure we knew about this - I mentioned that I am a "Merrell girl", having worn them for years, especially at work before I retired. They feel wonderful on my feet. I ended up with three great pairs of shoes. On our way out of the store, my husband finally noticed all of the mens' styles near the door - he had to try them on, and ended up with three pairs for himself, too. It was worth making the trip to Wrentham from Ashland MA, even on a rainy day. Thank you, Beth!”

“Great deals, however, inventory and pricing is hit or miss. You need to go regularly for good finds. Example a $49.00 Nike shirt might be $35.00, but that’s not a great deal. Sometimes you can find that same shirt for $15.00, perhaps in another rack. It’s more like a yard sale where you need to rummage through what’s there and hope you find a win.”
