Sales associate was friendly and knowledgable. He was able to make a perfect match of the paint sample that was provided.Much better experience than you would ever get at a big box store.

Store was closed at 1:30 when the hours are 10-4 on a Sunday and there was nobody there. Sign needs to be fixed. Never coming back here after nobody was there. Supposed to be open now but nobody is here during store hours.

Hours advertised aren’t accurate. 5:20 pm and they’re closed. Claims hours were verified 4 days ago. Well, they’re not open.

My review is really about an employee Sam only. I was so wow'd by his customer service I had to write a review. He was very politely assisting multiple customers at the same time, setting expectations about what and how he could help (in my case contact other stores to get what I needed). I just feel he went above and beyond in a position that I imagine does not compensate well. I cant comment on the paint or prices because I dont buy a lot of paint and would have nothing to compare it to.

Expensive paint, and everything else too. I purchased (1) one quart of paint, white, no added colors, a 2" fine bristle paint brush, a plastic tray, and a plastic, non spill cap that sits on the can for when you pour the paint into the tray. The price came to 98.67 and I fainted. After revival, I told the sales associate to keep everything and that I would go somewhere else. I went to Lowe's home improvement store and purchased the exact same stuff for 24.45 tax included. What was I thinking to go to Sherwin Williams for paint.
