I drove from Foxboro to that place for a door seal set that stated they have it in store. Once got there, store was confused to me. Asked an older gentlemen who was helpful enough and pointed me to the right location, realized they don't have what they said online. The gentlemen then proceed to say, well that's what we have, look around for yourself. Then I started walking around looking for wood clamp, once I got into the aisle a tall guy in his late 50s who was stocking up saw me coming moved slowly from me to approach another customer and asked if he could help him. The gentlemen then said, no, I'm just looking. He looked at me as if I shouldn't have been there, nor bother to ask what I was looking for. This place feels and seems dated. I will not return there any longer.

There is a very strong chemical odor in the store that apparently is affecting the demeanor of the employees. The lady at the register was unhelpful and crabby and the curmudgeon from paints tried to reprimand me when he was the one holding up the line by not doing his job. The item didn't have a price tag which apparently gets everyone's skivvies in a bunch. A simple call to another cashier was all that was needed.

Updated review: Rocky’s has been my go-to hardware store for years — they've got a surprisingly good selection, competitive prices, and helpful staff members.I recently had a frustrating experience returning some unopened Christmas lights (the online Rocky's policy didn't seem to match what was enforced in the store).Rocky's eventually reached out and fixed the issue for me, which I appreciated. It was a bit aggravating, but these things can happen anywhere and if I had such a problem at one of the big hardware stores, it probably wouldn't have been met with as much concern and attention. Rocky's will continue to be my go-to!

The manager at the store was so helpful. I was buying battery powered lawn tools for a Christmas gift and he guided me on the right ones with the best ratings for what I needed. He was on the ball! Kind, courteous, knowledgeable, understanding, reasonable. Highly Recommend this hardware store.

I have always had a positive experience at this Ace Hardware location. Associates are quick to ask if I need assistance as I enter the store & while shopping! Check out runs smoothly as well. There were a couple of times I had to return bird feeders which I gifted to others who did not wish to set up the bird feeders & my refund was credited to my cc without issue. right back to my cc my return

Really horrible customer service. Called to ask for a M6 barrel bolt and was essentially told that’s not what the item was called and probably was written by somebody foreign. Even though that’s exactly what it’s called in the instructions from Delta crib and also it’s all over Amazon. The person told me they were too busy to help me really find the item and suggested I just come in even though I explained I’m eight months pregnant and could send them a picture of the item I’m looking for.

You can always count on their knowledge of items,unlike home depot where knowledge of items is not a requirement for employment
