“Excellent staff and very quick service. My relatives always complain about the pain of shipping items and returning items so I used to avoid both as much as possible. Then I came into this ups for a return earlier this year and I was blown away by how friendly and quick it was. In town FedEx is 20 mins at counter apparently, but this was in and out in under 3 mins for shipping past week. Glad for this option!!”

“My husband needed to drop off an international package, and the team there was super helpful getting all his customs documents and label together--so much so that he mentioned how nice everyone was when he got home.Fast forward to two days later, we cannot find my husband's bag, and we're back-tracking his day. Al at FedEx kindly and quickly assists us in tracing the bag's whereabouts. So helpful and above-and-beyond the kind of assistance I feel like we would've gotten anywhere else. “After wasting more than 30 minutes, struggling at CVS with their archaic computer only to find out, from the one employee working there, that they can't print anything but photos I made my way over to FedEx. “Didn't expect the professional knowlege the print shop provided me would be found at Staples. Perhaps, I got lucky , but an associate, whose name was Brooke, met me at the counter and walked through my needs , step by step , taking a real interest. I didn't know she had a graphic arts backround, but I certainly found out -- she was a real professional and combined her craft with good business acumen . She took lots of notes and asked lots of questions. My project rquired two separate applications -- at least 5-6 days , I thought . I couldn't forget, she worked in a busy print shop with various responsiblilties , not just my project. Well , I guessed wrong , in two days Brooke notified me , "come and get it ." My projects is not for publication right now , or I would show what a fantastic job she did. All I can say is, I couldn't have gone anywhere and have been more pleased.”
“In town from NC visiting family in Boston. My challenge was to ship this Patriots corn hole game back to my NC home. 1st stop post office to see if they had a box big enough. No go. The post master suggested Staples. Thankful he did. We went to this Staples. Jackpot. The manager Daniel was helpful and amazing. He helped me select the correct items for packaging since they didn't have a box it would fit into. Daniel then proceeded to wrap the corn hole game like a pro. Not sure why the rating for this location is so low. Maybe it was before Daniel. Thanks again!!! My package reached as promised in great condition. And the price was compatible to the u s post office.”

I've been happy with Carlos for years and recently had the pleasure of working with Matt, who went out of his way to make sure my large-format retractable posters were not pixilated, which they would have been had he just processed the low-res file I sent and said nothing. The printing work has always been solid, in my experience.”

“If you desire great looking photos I highly recommend Printworks in Walpole. We typically go to CVS for convenience but the photos are horrible compared to what I just received at Printworks. I have found my local print shop and will be coming back whenever I need photos. Thanks Cheryl!”
