Don't waste your money or your time. Dropped my car off at 9 a.m. for a valve cover gasket and o rings changed due to a leak. At most it should have taken 3 hours not 10. Only charged for 3 1/2 hours but after a couple days of driving I still see oil leaking. Took the car for an oil change an the mechanic confirmed the leak so I brought it back to North walpole gas. And was told that it's not valve cover gasket and he didn't care what I was told by the other machanics.

I went there for car inspection. they drove my car in and closed the door. So I didn't know what they did. After 5 minutes, they opened the door and told me the windshield wiper blade needs to be replaced. I found out that both blades are broken. Before the inspection, both blades are good. The mechanics broke the blades on purpose!Never go to this shop again.

Great place to get inspections and gas! Gas seems to last longer!As for repairs….years ago my son had a real piece of crap for a car and this place caught something that was extremely dangerous and said he should get it fixed there or somewhere else because it could end up disastrous if not fixed! To me that shows he cared about him! I will never forget it! We brought it somewhere else for a second opinion and they agreed!UPDATE:Just got gas and the attendant inside noticed I had an expired inspection sticker! I completely missed it! He took me right away and saved me from getting pulled over!!

Beware! Dishonest business! I went for an evaluation of my BMW GT shocks / suspension. Few days earlier I had an OK experience wiyth an inspection. Left the car with the shop and found out when I picked up that the car was dented and scratched on passender side. Owner Tom Lani tried to. argue that the scratch had happened at the shop but the dent which is near the scratch may have happened before. But he looked through the surveillance video (that he never let me view) must have realized it happened at his shop. He offered to fix as he didn't want. to go through insurance to protect someone. I stupidly agreed to it to be reasonable! He sent me to who he calls "brother," another "piece of work" (guy by name Kilani at One Stop Auto Sales)" in N Attleboro who messed up the dent. even further. My perfect car is now blemished and this guy refuses to even talk to me when I asked for the insurance information. He just filabustered and hung-up :-).Today, I just filed a police case, filed a claim with my isurance and filing a civil case with my District court for the shop's insurance avoidance and damage!!So go to this place at your own risk.

Stay far away from this place. If there is nothing they can find wrong for inspection , they make something up. He has been giving me a sticker for 5 years on my Lexus with a Lexus license plate frame (same one they put on at the dealers), this year it was a problem. I told him leave it in the trunk as it cost me 30.00. I look for it in the car and it is not there. The jerk cut it off, instead of removing plate and taking it off. Stay far away from this place as they are thieves. It is the same plate frame the dealers put on every car in the state.

Turn around and drive away. I had a slow leak in one of my Tires and despite a previous unhappy visit I though plugging a tire was a task that anyone could handle. I was wrong. Trying to be nice, as I'm nearby and thought leaving the car on a busy Saturday, I left the car and told them to call and let me know if plugging was an option. They called a couple of hours later and stated that the leak was in the valve stem which also served as the TPMS on my vehicle. They stated they just got the part in and had replaced the stem. Because this was not what I had asked for or wrote out on the paperwork they asked me to complete describing what I wanted done. When I left for the station I was a little perturbed. When I arrived I told them i never asked them to replace the sensor (a replaced sensor that never worked was the issue I had when I stopped going to them). They had my Trunk and the Hood wide open WTH (I asked them to check and plug a tire). Next they walked me over to see the damaged valve stem. Amazingly they walked me over to the wrong tire. They had addressed an issue that didn't exist. Then walked me around the vehicle to show me all the other "issues" I had. It was like a nightmare. Car propped up on the lift for a plugged tire and no one in a hurry to get it down. After they realized the issue they found the leak, removed a nail, and plugged the tire. Another 15 MINUTES and I was mercifully given my car back. I wouldn't go back there for an Inspection

I went for inspection. After It was done the mechanic (owner) told me that I have a dangerous issue with the struts on the front.I came back over two weeks after because he made me paranoid about the danger of the wheels collapsing. He replaced the struts on the back wheels. This means there was nothing wrong with my struts. He just lied. Dishonest guy. Untrustworthy. Oh the bill was more than $900!

I'm new to the state / region, so the whole state inspection process is completely new to me. After the first two places I asked didn't do state inspections anymore (despite old reviews mentioning this), I came here where the signage was clear that they performed the inspections. I was doing this on my lunch break, hoping for everything to go smoothly. Now, the car that needed inspecting is only 1 year old and was just recently serviced by the dealership, so I didn't expect to have any issues. That being said, the speed at which they got me in (another inspection ended about 2 minutes after I pulled in) and out was truly impressive! No BS and down to business, which was exactly what I wanted. However, the absolute highlight of the experience was being greeted by and hanging out with Thunder, the shop cat. I'd gladly return for future inspections!

I am writing this review under my Mother's email. My name is Christine and, more than once, I have used this auto repair shop. The employees are kind, knowledgeable, attentive and simply wonderful! The owner is fantastic, does a better than excellent job on all repairs, estimates and diagnosing issues. They have worked on my Nissan Murano, BMW 430i, and my Mother's Honda Accord. I will continue to utilize this business for all automobile repairs, service and inspections. I have been extremely happy and satisfied with them and with their work!

Charged me 2 X labor (2X89$) for something I didn’t agree to and didn’t want, and he got very aggressive when I asked for my money back, started yelling, not at all a professional manner. I say stay away since he will charge you extra if the total cost doesn’t add up to his benefit. I will add my receipt as well. He has done this to multiple People that I know.
