“Ferdinand is an amazing resource. He comes to the office to fix problems but takes the time to ask questions before coming to see if it can be fixed over the phone. I find him to be very competent, and he has a very friendly and pleasant manner. And he doesn't make us feel like idiots for not being computer literate. He explains things well which really helps. We have found him to be a lifesaver since we are very dependent on our computers and network. It is wonderful to have his expertise available to us. I have worked with several IT people, and he is right at the top. And his fees are very reasonable.”

“Ok, so I bought a new phone from Best Buy - $699, went to T-Mobile in Roslindale to activate it, the service from the salesperson was beyond superb! She went above and beyond - not only did she save me $400 (by selling the same phone for me at a cheaper price since I am an existing customer), she was on the phone with customer service for almost 1hour to rectify an issue with my account. She was beyond awesome, friendly and wanted the best for her customer. Total I paid for EVERYTHING.....$298!!!. I really appreciate all her assistance and recommend that location.”

“Target stores are always bright, clean and well stocked and organized. This store is no exception. I went to get some yogurt for a friend and they had a large selection of brands, sizes and flavors. Their grocery section is about the same size as other Super Targets. The rest of the store was so neat, it was a pleasure to shop here. I used the self checkout, which was very easy !”
“Jason helped me get the new line added and number ported from my previous carrier quickly and even got my bill down by getting rid of some weird package we definitely didn’t need on our plan. It helps to come prepared with all the information you need to do anything like that. They had a nice selection of organizer shelves and cabinets that always help with keeping the place tidy.Their prices are not bad for the quality you get, sometimes you can find cheaper options, but they don't last as long. I find that as a general rule, Target quality is a very good value for the money.Nice ample check out area with plenty of cash registers open.”

“We had an issue with our FirstNet service and upgrading to a new phone. Long story short Eddie was the employee when we came in for what we thought was an easy transaction. Turned out it kept him 1 hour past closing. He was so kind and offering his number to help resolve it the next day. He never once made us feel rushed or appeared annoyed (although he had to be)! While we weren't able to fix our issue that night Eddie went above and beyond to help us! Give him a raise!!!”
