Great Auto Body Shop. I took my car to replace the bumper. Carol was extremely helpful with dealing with my insurance / getting the checks / payments sent directly to them rather than having me as the middle man. Joe was super helpful in getting the estimate updating / doing the legwork with insurance / their appraiser. I couldn’t be happier with the work they did on my car as well as the work they did dealing with my insurance company so I didn’t have to. Carol and Joe are super friendly and up front / honest as well. Highly recommend to anyone in need of auto body work.

This place is amazing for autobody work. My van looks like new. It was done quickly and they are reasonably priced. They even offered to drive the car back to my house. Great local business.

Outstanding workmanship, great service. Carol handled all the paperwork and made it easy and Joe negotiated with the insurer so the car received manufacturer's parts. My car looked like new when he was done! Wouldn't go anywhere else!

I have taken my Scion TC to this shop for body work twice and both times the results were phenomenal. Not only did they fix everything covered by insurance but they also buffed out a couple of minor scratches. They make dealing with insurance companies effortless. With my most recent repair, Joe's worked with the insurance company to prevent them from totaling my car. This is a small shop that treats you with the utmost respect in an industry known for suspicious business practices. This is the only place I will take my car for body work.

joe's is the only place i will ever bring my car for any body work my car, period. joe's auto body is a small shop but i can't say enough about the quality of the work that was done, as well the ease of communication. joe took care of all of the insurance paperwork. when the insurance appraiser came, they wanted to do almost nothing to fix my car (a 2009 subaru outback that had a minor fender bender), joe was able to get them to adjust their pitifully low estimate and all of the work that needed to be done was done. i didn't have to deal with the insurance at all once i dropped my car off, and i appreciated that the car was done on time. i really like that joe's auto body is a local "mom n' pop" business and i know that when i get work done here, i am putting money back into the local community that i live in rather than some shithole like maaco where they do mediocre/poor work. the other thing i really really loved about joe's was how CLEAN it was. it's not another grossy greasy garage. when you walk in you can see his shop and you can tell right away how clean and organized he is by the way he takes care of his shop, which you don't always see if you are using a local auto body shop. you can tell joe takes a lot of pride in his work and his business and he was so nice and took care of everything. i have recommended him to friends and family and would without a doubt go back if i needed any work in the future.

Joe's Auto Body is a top-notch business. After a town sander truck hit me during a snowstorm, I tried to find a local business that didn't have a long waitlist. They were all pretty long so I chose the autobody shop that was closest to my home. When I arrived at Joe's I was initially concerned that it was a one-car garage in a residential neighborhood. Well, it turns out that great things come in small packages! Joe and Rick were exceptional at answering all of my complicated insurance questions promptly and patiently. I was also very impressed with their flexibility about my rental car situation. I was confident that they would do a great job with the repair, so I went with them. Not only did they exceed my expectations with the body repair but they finished a day AHEAD of time! Then they were nice enough to offer to drop off the car at my home (I have a small baby so they wanted to save me a trip). I strongly believe that good service should be shouted from the rooftops. They earned my business and I hope you consider them for yours, too. They receive my highest and most enthusiastic recommendation.
