Lady at the measuring table discouraged us from buying the fabric we wanted. We still bought and fixed the problems she said we were going to have. Not good practice.

Cashier was lovely. There were NOBags to fit what I purchased. Nothing too big. I was offered lunch sized paper bags for items. Found a used box for awkward item. My problem is this has been an issue for over a year….. the manager said they just don’t have them but I could purchase a bag. I said this is ongoing and bags should be supplied. Go to Amazon and get them! Manager was ok with customers either not having a bag or you could purchase a bag to put your items purchased. It’s not ok

Went there to get poms poms and a t-shirt to make a corn costume for my puppy! The staff members were friendly and knowledgeable on the materials I needed to find. Unfortunately, the checkout line was very long; the wait to pay for my items was about 20-25 minutes. I think it was because they were short staffed.

I went to get fabric for my outdoor set and I got to the fabric counter and encountered Rosa. She was the rudest associate that I have ever met in a store. I don't know what the issue was with me but as soon as she was done helping the customer in front of me and then got to me she had an attitude. Not sure why I am a pretty pleasant person. She didn't like that I didn't give her the correct measurement of what I needed and to be honest I was incorrect I told her the wrong amount at first but she said "get a pencil and do some math". Hahahaha It took a lot from me not to cause a scene in your store and put Rosa in her correct place. I will not shop here again and I left the roll of fabric on the counter for Rosa to roll up and put away. I wasted my gas to go to that store and have her be rude. Sorry Rosa not going to happen.

This Joann's is a bit farther from my house than other locations but I continue to make the drive because the selection is so much broader and the people and very friendly. I'm a crocheter and my partner knits, it's amazing to see a fully stocked yarn aisle every time we come in.
