“I brought in a vintage watch for repair; Philippe evaluated it and sent it on to his repair person. Philippe texted me at least twice to let me know the status of the repair, and when it was ready, the pickup was smooth and easy and the bill was only $138.00 which seems very reasonable to me -- and a one-year warranty is included. The warm welcome and personal attention I received, even for a small item such as this, is a wonderful thing.The shop, if you've never been in, is also a treat for the senses. Glittering jewelry nicely displayed in a layout that's bright and non-intimidating. A must-visit next time you're in Norwood Center!”

“I'm very happy that I went to Stucchi Jewelers for my Fiancé's custom engagement ring! I met with Maureen and Gary to discuss what I wanted in the ring and they sourced the perfect Montana Sapphire about a week later. I only needed to see the one stone to know it was perfect! Gary gave his opinions for the practical considerations like height of the stone to make room for a wedding band next to the engagement ring. The stone is prominent on her hand but he built the ring in a way that makes it incredibly sturdy so it's practical for wearing every day. My Fiancé is incredibly happy with the ring and I love how it looks. It's elegant and beautiful but gains wonderful character from the natural gemstone that they sourced for us. Pictures don't do it justice because the stone looks different depending on the light source. Thanks again!!”

“My husband and I couldn’t be more grateful for Diko and the beautiful engagement ring and wedding bands he made for us! My husband wanted to propose with his grandmother’s ring, with the intention of having me choose how to rearrange the diamonds afterwards, but wanted to get it cleaned first. His friend recommended Diko and we’ve been going back to him ever since!He got it sparkling that day and told him to come back with the fiancée ? After lots of research, we came back, me with my laptop in hand so I could show him some example photos of what I wanted. “The name of this store is not a hyperbole. "WOW" is how I feel about shopping here. I've been coming to this little boutique for several years, and there is really no other store in the Boston area that I can compare WOW to. The clothes are beautiful and original and they last better than the stuff from Nordstrom or any other high end department store. Garments that look like they should be dry cleaned are all machine washable and come out in perfect shape after years of weekly washing. No pilling!Erika is a delight to work with. Once you shop at her store a few times, she'll just hand you a few things when you walk in. I'll still browse for an hour, but whatever Erika chose will usually look stunning and that's what I end up buying.What's so unique about the clothes WOW carries is that they offer many options for what you want to highlight and what you want to hide. In some stores everything is skin tight or everything is a bag. But at WOW I can always find something that will be tight exactly where I want and loose exactly where I want. Wow has clothes for every size and body type that are truly delightful. None of that boring Eileen Fisher awfulness.About the price and the return policy. Yes, the clothes are pricy and you can't return them for a refund (only store credit and sometimes there are time limitations). The first time I shopped at WOW this made me very nervous. But over many years, I've never felt like I wanted to return a single garment. The only thing I ever returned was a necklace/scarf that had an unusual smell to it (I am very sensitive to smells, so it might have just been me). Erika took it back and gave me store credit. After owning WOW clothes for years, I stopped viewing them as expensive. Say a WOW garment costs me $150, which first seams like 3 times what I would pay in some cheap store. But it lasts 3 times as long AND looks 3 times as nice. I am yet to retire a single thing I bought at WOW after 3 years.I can't think of any business that makes me feel this beautiful!”

“Brought an antique diamond bracelet in for repair. Owner himself, Sam, dealt with us and took time to carefully examine the bracelet. What he suggested was something that a previous jeweler had not thought possible so the bracelet’s been languishing in a drawer. I was extremely impressed with the repair, fairness of price and all the staff I met. Word of warning, you might want to wear sunglasses since the jewelry displays are phenomenally glittery.”

“I can not say enough wonderful things about Cindi and her store. every step was made so easy, her employees helped guide us in all the right directions. my fiancé and I were given a family diamond and didn't know how to start the process of resetting it. we visited many other stores and were met with not so friendly employees who only wanted to sell us diamonds of their own and were not interested in helping us create a new setting. The second I walked into Cindi's store I was attended to right away and we were taken seriously for a change. we got to sit down and look at every design they sold and were encouraged to customize any setting we wanted! nothing was off the table I was never told no, or that my ideas would be too difficult to create. every idea I said was written down in my own little file and every time I went back they had my file ready.
