“The MIT Endicott House in Dedham, MA is a beautiful meeting space. It offers spacious rooms, smart TV's (in the Brook House space), breakout rooms, meeting supplies and so much more.The staff is very professional with a focus on meeting and exceeding customer needs. The plated lunch is delicious offering the opportunity to network with business colleagues in a beautiful setting.The location is also easy to get to with close proximity to I95.I highly recommend it if you are looking for meeting space in the Greater Boston area!!”
“Great, very helpful staff. Breakfast is disappointing for vegetarians. It has a small swimming pool, just long enough to get a few laps in. Plenty of parking. Try to get a room away from the highway, as the constant drone of 495 makes it difficult to sleep. Rooms are clean and have a small kitchenette, which is very useful. Nothing is walkable from there. Even though the target and stop & shop were less than a mile away, one has to drive.Overall a pleasant stay.”

“I had my bridal shower at The Proctor Mansion Inn and I was blown away by how beautiful everything was. We had a tea party and every detail was perfect. Tammy was incredible at coordinating the event and making sure each and every guest was taken care of. She was very professional, accommodating and very easy to work with. Gatherings by Chef Paul catered the event and I cannot say enough about how wonderful he was to work with as well. Would highly recommend The Proctor Mansion Inn for your next event!”

“Once again, another outdated hotel. It's under renovation but the couch is really old as is the bed, which is horrible, somewhat updated but shower still has mold around. They need to update the rooms for sure at $160 from 3pm to 11am, which in my opinion is a huge rip off. Had to book 2 nights just to enjoy friends for the holidays. Front desk person was smiley and outgoing. Very helpful...Lots of slamming doors and many dogs...3 out of 5 for me.Hope I can catch some sleep.”
“Sometimes customer service wins out over aesthetics. My family and I needed a night out of our house due to a water issue. This was not only conveniently located but hotwire had a great deal which made it a very economical option as well. The staff is friendly and accommodating. We felt very welcome here.”

“We spent a night and everything went well. The breakfast options were plentiful and everyone was really helpful. The Wifi didn't work very well in our room but we were way at the end of the hallway and perhaps fell a bit out of range. Our room was quiet and well stocked. Things were in good condition and the air conditioning worked well.”

The room was spacious and our family could stretch out without being in each other’s way.The very best part of the stay was the friendly and helpful staff, especially Melissa C., the front office manager. She made check-in super easy and fast. She called us when our room was ready and was extremely helpful when we asked questions about the hotel or places nearby.”

“We went there for a conference Friday night to Sunday at noon.Staff was excellent. Plenty of parking. Nothing within walking distance. The rooms were good, the view from our room was a swamp so not much.The bartender was wonderful.The food was banquet style. It was Ok.The hallways and some conference rooms were 62° even though they were set for 72°,I assume a refresh is due. Mostly little stuff.I would definitely return for the same event.”
“As a Hilton Diamond member, my two choices in the area are this Hampton Inn and the Hilton in Dedham. Choose this property: cleaner, modern and up-to-date rooms, heating and A/C work quietly, and staff with a positive attitude. Now I understand why this property is higher priced than the full-service Hilton down the road that is in a state of constant disrepair. This Hampton Inn looks better on the inside than from the outside. Complimentary breakfast with fresh fruit on one occasion. Mick Morgan's Pub Next door but separate from the hotel. Few small gripes: * Coffee is always warm...not hot * Popular FOX Business channel is missing * Limited sports channels * Only 2 luggage carts for this large property * No water bottle filling station Overall, I will return.”

“I love this place! Great rooms,gym,pool, and everything. My only gripe is that because it has a kitchen, it gets lots of workers/construction workers that stay for extended time. A lot of rooms smell like dirty socks. MANAGEMENT PLEASE HAVE MAINTENANCE RUN CARPET CLEANER MONTHLY OR BI WEEKLY.I was a maintenance person in a similar situation motel in Colorado. I cycled through each room with the carpet cleaner and it was necessary.”
